They checked in on us regularly. Highly recommend the pizza (they are all so good) and encourage you to order a salad because it was one of the best salads I’ve had.“

“The service was great thanks to, who I assume to be the manager in a green shirt (Nametag I believe said Cherrie.) A mistake had been made and Cherrie fixed it and moved my family and I to a new table, offering to pay for our meal. The service here has always been great with food just the same, and I wouldn't expect any less.“

“The food was absolutely delicious! I got spaghetti dinners for the family to go, (the wife, my grandson, who is 7, and myself). All three meals were different from one another. This is definitely my go to favorite Italian restaurant as of recent! Also, this is a great place to relax and watch the games as they have multiple tv’s showing the top football games of the day! Great first-time experience at Palio’s Pizza in Royse City!

Located in the Walmart parking lot across from Murphy’s gas station, this spot is clean, cool (AC was on!), and had delicious, fresh, gourmet food—we enjoyed everything we ordered.

A couple of helpful notes for first-timers:
• The front entrance can be confusing. Like others, we went to the left door by mistake—the right has a short wall and the door looks like part of the nail salon. A standalone “Welcome” sign with arrow could help new customers find the right entrance more easily.
• The bathrooms were clean, but the women’s restroom door didn’t lock—not a huge issue but something to consider fixing, especially for parents with kids.

This location is more of a “order at the counter, then sit or take it to go” setup, so it’s helpful to know what you want before walking in to avoid slowing down the line.

Overall, we had a great time and will definitely be back—next time we’ll come in a little more “pro” about it. 😉“

“They make the pie, you eat the pie. It’s not complex. They are always consistently good. The staff is always great - Thanks Kevin! Def takeout/delivery. Not a date place. (Well … actually; if you have some teens, this might be the perfect place to let them go. You can preorder a pizza for takeout.
