Domino's Pizza in New Braunfels

“Ordered for pick-up online, the order was perfect, ahead of schedule, and the gentleman at the window was really nice! You just don't get that anymore at most places, so it was refreshing!

We ordered the hand-tossed pepperoni pizza with light sauce and jalapenos. The jalapenos were spicy, but you can never tell! We also offered the stuffed cheesy bread sticks, which were great paired with the garlic sauce!“

“I ordered a pizza to be delivered to my home during my lunch hour, unfortunately it did not arrive on time. I called the store and explained that I had to go back to work and if they could please redirect the driver to my office. The employee on the phone apologized for the delay and explained they only had one driver. She was able to contact the driver and reroute her and I was very grateful. I understand most people would've been upset but I was not. I understand being short staffed and a business trying their best to make up for that. I can't remember the drivers name but when she arrived to my office she was very friendly, had a smile on her face & she apologized, I told her there was no need and thanked her. Pizza was still hot and tasted great, hopefully they are able to get more help soon. Very happy with the customer service at this location.“

“I dont know why theres so much hate on this place, its definitely decent pizza for the price with coupons that are constant. The workers are always friendly enough and whenever i order at lunchtimes the pizza usually comes out pretty good. Stay away from the sides and wings, just get the pizza like at EVERY dominos lol.“
