“I ordered a pizza to be delivered to my home during my lunch hour, unfortunately it did not arrive on time. I called the store and explained that I had to go back to work and if they could please redirect the driver to my office. The employee on the phone apologized for the delay and explained they only had one driver. She was able to contact the driver and reroute her and I was very grateful. I understand most people would've been upset but I was not. I understand being short staffed and a business trying their best to make up for that. I can't remember the drivers name but when she arrived to my office she was very friendly, had a smile on her face & she apologized, I told her there was no need and thanked her. Pizza was still hot and tasted great, hopefully they are able to get more help soon. Very happy with the customer service at this location.“
“My favorite local Domino's, I never have any problems here. The people are polite, and one time I accidentally ordered late/near closing and they had my order ready at 11:59pm despite closing at 12am! Not that I try to do that, but it was very nice of them“
