“Ordered carryout which I rarely do. I had decided to pay in store instead of the app, their internet was down which caused card to be declined. Attempted to place the exact same order again and pay through app but it wouldn't go through so food was free since I didn't have cash. This store cares about it's customers and always comes through with fresh and delicious food.“

“Ok. This was not a gourmet pizza and relaxed dining experience nor did I expect it to be. The staff was helpful and congenial. The sale price was a great deal as advertised. The pizza was exactly what it should be based on my order and I loved the sauce flavor with bacon and pineapple toppings! I was looking for a quick and easy lunch in the area and this worked out perfectly for me. I will be doing it again even when time is not an issue. 😀“

I seriously can’t say enough good things about this store. Every single time I come in, everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and you can just tell they genuinely care. The food is always hot, fresh, and somehow ready super fast. I’ve honestly never had a bad experience here.

One thing that always stands out to me is how consistent they are. It isn’t just that I had one really good visit. It’s every single time. You can tell the people working here take pride in what they do, and I feel like that’s getting harder and harder to find these days.

I really appreciate all the hard work everyone at this location puts in, and I just wanted to say thank you!! You all make this such an easy place to keep coming back to, and it’s definitely my go to Domino’s. Keep up the awesome work!!!“

“I’ve come to know this store as a very reliable fall back on rough days after work. Two years of ordering, and not all of them on bad days but definitely always on a bad day - And the people here are consistent each and every time, I’ve never seen them miss.

It’s a comfort, knowing no matter how wrong things can go in a day, I can at least end it safely with the effort they put into the work they do and service they provide. Yeah, maybe it’s just a pizza, but it’s a pizza I know is gonna be good, I can count on it being the one good thing to come out of a day of bad things.

What happens when after a bad day, there’s a disappointing delivery out of all the other times they’ve done great? I forgive, because I get that things get rough, and I know how it feels not to get everything right every time. It’s incredibly human, and I appreciate the staff here for showing up everyday and making this bit of peace for me, and others.“

“We recently moved to this area and needed a new pizza delivery place. We tried 4 different places including this Domino’s. I wasn’t really impressed with any of the places originally. However, my teenage son really liked this Domino’s so we’ve continued to order from here.

First, our orders have always been right. Second, the delivery drivers have each been very friendly. Third, I’ve called this store a couple of times with questions, they have been more than helpful and courteous. And finally, but definitely not least, our pizza today and our pizza we received about 2 weeks ago was SO delicious!! The ingredients were fresh, lots of toppings and cheese on our pizzas, cooked, and cut perfectly! Pizzas have always been cooked and delivered quickly. Pizza has been hot when we pull it out of the box every time. Great job, Domino’s! Yummy!!! 🍕“

I do want to clarify that we were attempting to help her to simply let her know that the order is out of our delivery range. We are more than happy to help her if it was a carry, but couldn’t do anything as to the radius is not in our control. I’ve been coming to this location for over a year, and every single time AJ recognizes me, greets me with a smile, and makes the experience better. That kind of consistency is rare.

You can tell he truly cares about what he’s doing. The pizzas are always excellent, the store is consistently clean, the staff is friendly, and the whole operation clearly reflects strong leadership. He seems to care deeply about both his customers and his team, and it shows in every detail.

In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, AJ absolutely stands out. Domino’s is lucky to have him managing this location.

“Staff was nice and food was decent. Part of it was my fault but I walked out without my dr. Pepper and ranch dressing. They offered me 50% on my next order. Only thing I wasn’t a super fan of was tater tots and cheese, it was super fresh but a little too much cheese for my liking.“

You don't get that a lot these days, especially picking up a pizza. “Domino's is our FAVORITE!! The employees are, without fail, always friendly & accommodating. The online app is FANTASTIC- it's SO easy to use & points accumulate very quickly. The interior is always clean & there are plenty of tables. In all the years since this Domino's was established here in La Grange, we have only had them get ONE pizza wrong. They even made us a special pizza once, doing their best to create a Philly Cheesesteak for us when they had run out of...I forget which ingredient, exactly, it was, but they did an EXCEPTIONAL job!!

Vegetarian options: Just don't get meat on your pizza! There are plenty of veggies available.

Parking: The Domino's is right on the right corner of the strip mall, so there's a small row of parking in front, PLENTY of parking right around the corner, & even EV parking spaces!“

“Usually I don't review unless blown away, requested, or if the experience is utterly disappointing. Today, for Domino's, I'm going against that for one person. One of the gentlemen working Oct. 31st, really has it dialed in. Generally I go in and the staff is dejected and not rude, but not friendly either. This young man was different. Very energetic, very friendly. Attention to detail oriented. I had to post a review in hopes that his management sees this. I encourage you guys to give this young guy a raise and hire more like him.“

“When I order they always make it great. And I always forget to post. My pan pizza with extra sauce, pepperoni & steak we're not cut and he tilted the pizza whenever it happened and it all went to one side. I had to put it in the oven and cut it. My chicken were very small and some pieces were big. But not for the money they charge. $6 tip and a 60 pizza order for this.“

Of course i think they could be cheaper but with the deals its alright. the sauces for .99 are gross don't get them. wings are also bad like frozen and reheat mush :(. I never get those for myself. salads are mediocre what do u expect from fast food salad though. “The guys working last night(8/26) @ 8 P.M. killed it! OMG my pizza was perfection they did the extra sauce and easy cheese!
No one ever does my pizza right but they did and it was so amazing, I was actually able to share food with my kids without having to pick off 800lbs of cheese!
The lava cakes were made perfectly they were actually flowing!
The young man who brought my order out was also so quick, polite and professional! Hands down the best pizza ordering experience I've had this year!
