“Nobody eats as much pizza as me , ive spent tons of money at dominos , been a member for years , ??The shift manager MIKE surpassed all expectations on all areas of surperior customer service , sense of urgency to resolve any of my concerns or questions is always on point, caring / empathizing for my needs is always top notch, professionalism, cleaness of store, pizza is always delicious. Mike is the definition of a fantastic manager, 10 out of 10 in all areas of a manager.“

“We order from here often, and for a reason. They are pretty consistent and always fast! Maybe we've had a couple of ehhh pizzas from there before, but we always go back. “had an issue that wasn’t really an issue.i had originally asked for my thin crust pizza to be pie sliced, and they mistakenly cut it the way it’s supposed to be. which is square cut.not a big deal at all, but they went above and beyond and just made an entire new pizza with the correct cut and gave us the square cut for free!great pizza, good employees.“

“Neolin saved the day for my husband and I! We ordered online for pickup and requested to pay in store because we had to split up the pay. But when my husband got there he realized he had the cash but didn't have his wallet with the debit. My husband was curious if whether not you could pay with cash app like you can with Apple pay. Neolin helped him troubleshoot but sadly couldn't pay like Apple pay with cashapp at the register but Neolin ended up offering as to send him the money on cash and he would run his card for the difference remaining! “These have their stuff down, sometimes I order some strange things and it's ALWAYS right. They actually pay attention and care. I usually get thin crust and they put a good amount of sauce on it so it doesn't dry out going through the over. And I usually get it pie cut to share instead of the usual cut for thin crust. Not sure why the bad reviews, this place is solid! Keep up the great work guys and gals!“

“When I order they always make it great. And I always forget to post. My pan pizza with extra sauce, pepperoni & steak we're not cut and he tilted the pizza whenever it happened and it all went to one side. I had to put it in the oven and cut it. My chicken were very small and some pieces were big. But not for the money they charge. $6 tip and a 60 pizza order for this.“

“I places a online order with pasta and jalapeños cheese bread along with mango habenero sauce. I didn't receive the sauce. I called the store only because that sauce pairs well with everything I ordered. I was afraid they weren't going to come back and deliver it, but they did!!! Thank you!!! “Even though the app and web was not working when I ordered on it. The person who answered the phone was wonderful. It was frustrated not to be able to get my rewards or use the coupon. The lady was so nice. They delivered my order in 20 minutes. The delivery man was so nice. I wish I could have tip him more.“

“We get delivery from here quite often and the wait time is not too bad! Food is also delivered as ordered and they never make a mistake even though my pizza order is no cheese! I'm vegan but my husband is not so we like getting Domino's as an easy dinner compromise. I do wish there were more vegan options available here though. Currently the only options are a thin crust pizza with robust tomato sauce. All other crusts and sauces are not vegan. It'd be nice to get some vegan cheeses and maybe some vegan meat toppings like they have in Europe! ?“

“Domino’s came THRU on Super Bowl Sunday!! I will say this for them, they were the only app whose servers were NOT bogged down. They got my order right and fast!! Mind blown… but the taste was less stellar than it has ever been before. The wings were chewy and not crispy, and the pizza was only average. Still - we ate even tho we ordered last minute and the order was correct.Parking: The availability of parking on Super Bowl Sunday was easily accessible and plenty.“

“Out of all the time that I have ordered pizza from Domino's, only once did Domino's get my order wrong. I only order pizza by the Domino's app. The pizzas that I ordered are always delicious and still hot. I pick up the pizza and pay at the counter. The service at the counter is usually very good. For the most part, the crew working Domino's is very young and appears to be as polite as they can be for their age. Experience and maturity, for me, usually determine the quality of customer service and the quality of the product in any industry. However, some people never appreciate or are aware of this fact. The atmosphere, well, there is no dine-in, so I can't rate that, but I can rate the workers at the Domino's. They appear to be doing what they can to fill the order with the training they have. I once heard that the employees treat their customers like the managers treat their employees and how the managers treat their employees by how the owner treats their managers. Of course, people are people, and sometimes, no matter what you do or how hard you try, it will never be enough for some people. “I placed a Togo order at this location, and everything was great ! I got a handmade pan pizza well done and a chicken Alfredo!! Although the delivery took an hour, our driver mark was very friendly even though he had to deliver the pizza in the pouring rain, AND everything was still nice and hot (:. “I just recently started ordering from here. I usually go with Pizza Hut but it's close by so I wanted to give it a shot.The food is great no issues. The workers are also polite and helpful. Of course, everyone makes mistakes and they have once tor twice. No biggie just they forgot the sauces and they removed my order off their screen before it was completed. Then I still had to wait additional time until my order was compete. So, it can be hit or miss at times but nothing too bad at least on my end.“

“Honestly this location is great. Not sure why such harsh reviews. If you want a honest review here it is. Great food, great staff, great atmosphere especially on busy nights. Now truthfully on the weekend don’t expect a 20min delivery- Being the only downtown location & dealing with traffic/ events/ construction they’re pretty fast on deliveries. Even have bikes!! Give credit where it is due. Spoke with the GM Victoria and I love how she is so involved with the customers & her staff unlike most GMs. I noticed a lot of new staff members so if that was your previous concern give them another shot because they’re super helpful. Great location.“

“I only been here three times but its fast service and friendly people. They let me father stayed inside to wait for the order so it was a pretty good. And the food is nice and hot, and very tasty. Also its great its close to the house but hard to get inside the parking lot from the busy street.“
