Domino's Pizza in San Antonio

“Ordered carryout which I rarely do. I had decided to pay in store instead of the app, their internet was down which caused card to be declined. Attempted to place the exact same order again and pay through app but it wouldn't go through so food was free since I didn't have cash. This store cares about it's customers and always comes through with fresh and delicious food.“

“On appreciation day $4.99 pizza 🍕 😋 WAS DELICIOUS. I went bk on app 50% off it was good but NOT AS PERFECTION AS THE 1ST TIME HANDMADE CRUST WAS GOOEY AND MY THIN CRACKER CRUST WASN'T LIKE THE 1ST BUT, THEY'RE GIVING ME A FREE PIZZA 😀 😉 😜 👍 😊 THANKS FOR OVER ALL SERVICES WASN'T BAD AT ALL.“

“This spot is fantastic. The personal pan medium pizzas are top tier and for the inexpensive price, it is absolutely a great option for dinner.

Pizzas are done in a short time, delicious, and the employees are very professional“

“I’ve come to know this store as a very reliable fall back on rough days after work. Two years of ordering, and not all of them on bad days but definitely always on a bad day - And the people here are consistent each and every time, I’ve never seen them miss.

It’s a comfort, knowing no matter how wrong things can go in a day, I can at least end it safely with the effort they put into the work they do and service they provide. Yeah, maybe it’s just a pizza, but it’s a pizza I know is gonna be good, I can count on it being the one good thing to come out of a day of bad things.

What happens when after a bad day, there’s a disappointing delivery out of all the other times they’ve done great? I forgive, because I get that things get rough, and I know how it feels not to get everything right every time. It’s incredibly human, and I appreciate the staff here for showing up everyday and making this bit of peace for me, and others.“

“Ok. This was not a gourmet pizza and relaxed dining experience nor did I expect it to be. The staff was helpful and congenial. The sale price was a great deal as advertised. The pizza was exactly what it should be based on my order and I loved the sauce flavor with bacon and pineapple toppings! I was looking for a quick and easy lunch in the area and this worked out perfectly for me. I will be doing it again even when time is not an issue. 😀“

“Manager Alejandro’s a great guy, arguably one of the best this company has to offer.Helped me when I was down bad. Hope they give him a 10$ raise, always very enthusiastic 😱with a smile on his face. Definitely a model employee and somehow out of sheer destiny and luck he’s got my name too…what were the chances of that! Abel and Damaris are alright too 😒“

“Tell me why they closed the lobby for take out at 8:16pm when it’s suppose to be 12am
And my kids love dominoes but some employees just need to stay home and I’m sure it’s a manager closing lobby like Bru u got like 4 hours to go what’s the rush !!!“

“I’ve been meaning to leave a review for this location for the longest time, but I always end up forgetting. Every time I come here I think, “I really need to leave these guys a review!” so I’m finally doing it!

I seriously can’t say enough good things about this store. Every single time I come in, everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and you can just tell they genuinely care. The food is always hot, fresh, and somehow ready super fast. I’ve honestly never had a bad experience here.

One thing that always stands out to me is how consistent they are. It isn’t just that I had one really good visit. It’s every single time. You can tell the people working here take pride in what they do, and I feel like that’s getting harder and harder to find these days.

I really appreciate all the hard work everyone at this location puts in, and I just wanted to say thank you!! You all make this such an easy place to keep coming back to, and it’s definitely my go to Domino’s. Keep up the awesome work!!!“

“Domino's is our FAVORITE!! The employees are, without fail, always friendly & accommodating. The online app is FANTASTIC- it's SO easy to use & points accumulate very quickly. The interior is always clean & there are plenty of tables. In all the years since this Domino's was established here in La Grange, we have only had them get ONE pizza wrong. They even made us a special pizza once, doing their best to create a Philly Cheesesteak for us when they had run out of...I forget which ingredient, exactly, it was, but they did an EXCEPTIONAL job!!

Vegetarian options: Just don't get meat on your pizza! There are plenty of veggies available.

Parking: The Domino's is right on the right corner of the strip mall, so there's a small row of parking in front, PLENTY of parking right around the corner, & even EV parking spaces!“

“Super fast service. Hot and fresh. And a very friendly staff. This location is accessible right now through the right turn by the neighborhood right before the dominos. New fave dominos. In my opinion better than the other ones on culebra and galm.“

“Staff was nice and food was decent. Part of it was my fault but I walked out without my dr. Pepper and ranch dressing. They offered me 50% on my next order. Only thing I wasn’t a super fan of was tater tots and cheese, it was super fresh but a little too much cheese for my liking.“

“Always great delivery, service and hot, fresh pizza when i order for me and my family. This domino's location i will always order from. Never had a bad experience with my food. Everything comes out to order. Thank you.
Updated review: 8/14/26
Ordered an Ultimate Pepperoni Pizza with extra cheese, that is missing pepperoni. Spent a total of 40$ with tip included for one pizza that was not made to order. Check quality please.“

“It’s been awhile since we had pizza. Saturday evening and we were getting hungry and the domino’s deal for $9.99 sounded just right. A few quick clicks in the app and we were on our way to pick up the two pizzas. Order tracker let me know it was ready. Friendly staff inside had my pizza hot and ready. Pizza was delicious! See pics and videos.“

“This location is by far my favorite, and the best. Pizza is ALWAYS hot and fresh, the staff is amazing, the service is fast as lightening, and if there is ever a small issue with my order, management are so dependable when it comes to correcting and offering an apology. Thx guys, great job! My forever favorite location for sure.“

“Nathan has the best customer service, working by himself on a Friday night is crazy yet he still had a badass attitude. He had 5 orders on the screen while some dude in a white Hyundai sonata just chilled in his car listening to music. GIVE NATHAN A RAISE NOW!!“

“We recently moved to this area and needed a new pizza delivery place. We tried 4 different places including this Domino’s. I wasn’t really impressed with any of the places originally. However, my teenage son really liked this Domino’s so we’ve continued to order from here.

First, our orders have always been right. Second, the delivery drivers have each been very friendly. Third, I’ve called this store a couple of times with questions, they have been more than helpful and courteous. And finally, but definitely not least, our pizza today and our pizza we received about 2 weeks ago was SO delicious!! The ingredients were fresh, lots of toppings and cheese on our pizzas, cooked, and cut perfectly! Pizzas have always been cooked and delivered quickly. Pizza has been hot when we pull it out of the box every time. Great job, Domino’s! Yummy!!! 🍕“

“I'm a pretty steady customer & I just say that since the manager AMANDA has left the store for another location...I DEFINITELY see the difference in the QUALITY of the food. I don't know 'how' but the taste factor has changed. Also, the DOUGH on their pizzas, along with the cuts, is misshapen...ALWAYS. We (I say WE because I've spoken to neighbors about this & they concur) miss Amanda!!!“

“This was a wonderful experience! I placed an online order, and it was ready by the time I arrived. Jacob welcomed us as soon as we walked in and provided excellent customer service. He was friendly, professional, and made the experience even better. I will definitely be coming back!“

“AJ at the Domino’s on Goliad is genuinely outstanding.

I’ve been coming to this location for over a year, and every single time AJ recognizes me, greets me with a smile, and makes the experience better. That kind of consistency is rare.

You can tell he truly cares about what he’s doing. The pizzas are always excellent, the store is consistently clean, the staff is friendly, and the whole operation clearly reflects strong leadership. He seems to care deeply about both his customers and his team, and it shows in every detail.

In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, AJ absolutely stands out. Domino’s is lucky to have him managing this location.

Highly recommend this store if you’re in the area.“

“the pizza was absolutely fantastic—perfectly crisp crust, rich tomato sauce, and gooey, flavorful cheese that melted in your mouth. Every bite had a balance of fresh toppings and just the right amount of seasoning. The service was just as impressive; the staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. Our server was quick to offer recommendations and made the whole dining experience feel welcoming and relaxed. It’s definitely a place I’d come back to again.“

“I had a miss hap with my order no need for details, but Brian the manager was so professional and respectful, with no questions asked he credited my order.during the whole convo he was respectful and polite. He treated Myself with the upmost respect..Now Brian should be the example for all managers out there. On how to treat customers..keep up the Great work Brian..and employee of Dominoes pizza!!!!“

“Overall it's good. They rarely mix up any small requests on the orders. Pizza is always ready pretty quick and made well. Usually busy when I arrive for pick up but wait time is always good despite being busy. The loc outside is sketchy so they don't ever take bills $50 or over fyi.“

“This store isn't the closest to my home but I come here because they do a very good job at customer service and I appreciate everyone here. They all work too hard and are very busy and still maintain being very friendly. Meghan and all of her coworkers are awesome! Dominos should be very proud of their people here.
Still doing an excellent job here. Very busy and everyone is providing outstanding customer service!“

“Came in on a 50% off special. Purchased two 14-inch pizzas. They were DELICIOUS!! Both done perfectly. Ordered online and paid at the store. Appreciated that I wasn't prompted for a tip by the register. I hate the passive aggressive beg. Service was quick and genuine.“

“honestly i never had a problem with my orders from this location. Of course i think they could be cheaper but with the deals its alright. the sauces for .99 are gross don't get them. wings are also bad like frozen and reheat mush :(. I never get those for myself. salads are mediocre what do u expect from fast food salad though. Sandwiches and pasta are basic still pretty good. service is okay when i go but idc as long as the pizza is right“

“I get a pizza for my daughter when I'm going to have a long day at work. I go online for the specials and coupons first before. Pizza comes out hot and fresh and haven't had problems with wrong orders. The website makes it easier to order whether you're a guest or member.“

“Whenever I order pizza this is my go to spot. The national deal they have for the 7.99 carryout is phenomenal. I get a large one-topping pizza for like $8.65 total. Can't beat that deal with a stick. Also after I order there four or five times I get a free pizza because of their point reward system.“

“When I order they always make it great. And I always forget to post. My pan pizza with extra sauce, pepperoni & steak we're not cut and he tilted the pizza whenever it happened and it all went to one side. I had to put it in the oven and cut it. My chicken were very small and some pieces were big. But not for the money they charge. $6 tip and a 60 pizza order for this.“

“I didnt order here but I called because the 1604 Domino's kept hanging up on me and I was trying to see where my pizza was after 2 hours. The individual who took my call and manager did their best to help me resolve my issue I had with the other Domino's! Thank you so much.“

“You don't know dedication till you meet Martin. We ordered delivery right in stone oak and about 15 minutes later, 14 police cars and a helicopter were demanding a resident exit their house for an arrest warrant. You would think this would deter Martin, WRONG. He made his way through the cops, parked down the street, and walked that pizza all the way to our front door. Martin is my hero. GIVE MARTIN A RAISE. EAT AT THIS DOMINOS.“

“There was a lowering of quality then today the order was 2 for 9.99$. its the best pizza * ever had with extra cheese the whole pie was bigger and the toppings plenty. Best Dominoes experience ever. Thanjs to the staff and whorver made our pies.“

“I love how they made sure I was grabbing everything I needed for the night,my food was nice and warm and they really treated me like I was at home, appreciate you guys ,I don't know your names but if I go back to San Antonio I'll make sure to stop by again“

“The wait was worth it… order online - figured still had to wait in lobby, staff seemed to be dead zombies drained to their core and environment filled w/ soft whispers of nothing was incredibly awkward…..it is so weird how food can make or change the way you feel at that point …..but my pizzas were the best - Pep/ Jal + Garlic Pep yummmmmmmmyyyyyy dang I haven’t had Domino’s in 15 years ohhhhh so delicious super hot & buttery garlic perfect portions of ingredients ….boyyyyy baby I am back!!!!!!!“

“Dominos night crew on 4-17-26. Now this is what I’m talking about when I order a well done pizza! Yall killed it! Keep up the great work! I hate when I order a well done pizza and get it and it’s soggy like they didn’t take the time to complete my request. Thank you!“

“Great food! However the service was very slow and had a hard time understanding and following my friends' simple requests despite agreeing to follow them. Furthermore, the staff was not attentive enough and dining in is not really a possibility when the place is crowded.“

“The guys working last night(8/26) @ 8 P.M. killed it! OMG my pizza was perfection they did the extra sauce and easy cheese!
No one ever does my pizza right but they did and it was so amazing, I was actually able to share food with my kids without having to pick off 800lbs of cheese!
The lava cakes were made perfectly they were actually flowing!
The young man who brought my order out was also so quick, polite and professional! Hands down the best pizza ordering experience I've had this year!
Thank y'all so much!

Based off other reviews we definitely had the dream pizza making team last night! Lucky us!“

“This was my first order, and I was absolutely delighted with the customer service experience I had! 🍕❤
I ordered my Domino’s pizza using the online promotion code for a free pizza, and the staff were incredibly thoughtful, friendly, and helpful. They handed me my order with a genuine smile and such a positive attitude. No complaints whatsoever!
It’s always nice to have a great experience, especially when the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. Thank you for the excellent customer service! 👏😊“

“This location is definitely not the closest to me but I go out of my way to pick up from this Domino's. They're the most consistent with my orders. Also, thank you to Alyssa for having wonderful customer service. It seems to be one of those things encountered less and less these days but when experienced, you appreciate it. 🙂“

“Had an issue with an online order and Kim helped me solve it. I’ve been coming to this dominoes since I was in middle school, I’m in my 30s now and she’s given me the best service I’ve had there. That matters. Thank you Kim!“
