“I ordered a pizza to be delivered to my home during my lunch hour, unfortunately it did not arrive on time. I called the store and explained that I had to go back to work and if they could please redirect the driver to my office. The employee on the phone apologized for the delay and explained they only had one driver. She was able to contact the driver and reroute her and I was very grateful. I understand most people would've been upset but I was not. I understand being short staffed and a business trying their best to make up for that. I can't remember the drivers name but when she arrived to my office she was very friendly, had a smile on her face & she apologized, I told her there was no need and thanked her. Pizza was still hot and tasted great, hopefully they are able to get more help soon. Very happy with the customer service at this location.“

“I placed an order for delivery ahead of time and unfortunately their driver had called in and while working to cover their shift they called and let me know of the situation. They offered to make it up and even added a lava cake to our order to replace the delivery fee! I then got a follow up email with a coupon for my next order. I really appreciated the communication from staff and prompt apology! Very friendly and although we ended up picking up our order it was fresh and great service! ?“

Order was perfect and that is rare in this day and age. Steven delivered our order and he was not only nice, he was very professional. UNEQUIVOCALLY UNEQUALED!“
