So i came into Mcallisters new Braunfels for lunch and when i tell you the service was Amazing. it was AMAZING!! i didn’t catch her name but the lady (blonde ) was so sweet and patient taking our order. and not even five minutes after ordering we got our meal. the food is always immaculate and the best way to end the meal is with a cookie. so i go up to order one and she is super sweet and covers the cost of the cookie from the kindness of her heart! bless her!!

It was extremely HOT, I felt so bad for the staff, they were sweating and obviously uncomfortable
Do what you need to do and fix the air PLEASE!!!!
