“Typically my favorite place to get *reasonably* priced gluten free pizza. It's not cheap, but better than paying like $25 for one small gluten free pizza at Dominoes.
I would give 5 stars, BUT a few months ago I asked for cauliflower crust and was given regular crust and was sick for several weeks. I'm more vigilant now. It was an honest mistake, the girl just grabbed the wrong thing, but that could've been much worse if I had true celiac disease. Thankfully I just have a severe allergy 😅 not fun.“

“I would recommend it because the pizza is always really good. But my goodness, the service. It’s not just those actually serving, it’s also those who order things for the restaurant. At least 50% of the time, they don’t have the gluten-free crust that they advertise. They won’t tell you that when you call an order. And when you go in and sit down and order, they don’t tell you until they have already brought out the drinks and placed the order for the entire table. If we need gluten-free crust, it’s not like we can just say oh well will do without. We can’t let one of our parties sit there and not eat anything. Best part of all? They get very irritated when you won’t pay for the drinks that you did not even drink, which they brought while telling us they don’t have gluten-free crust. Today, I called and placed the order and then ran upstairs to take a shower as we were in a time crunch, which was the reason for ordering takeout to begin with. My son went to pick up the pizza. As I was getting out of the shower, he called And said he had just gotten to the store and they did not have the gluten-free crust. Since I was in a rush, I said to just go ahead and pick up the large pizza that we ordered and our gluten-free family member would get something else from somewhere else. Turns out they hadn’t even started the order. So none of us were able to get anything because by that time we couldn’t wait for them to make a pizza. Apparently, they had called to tell me they were out of gluten-free crust while I was in the shower. Why they couldn’t have said it when I was placing the order, we’ll never know. Anytime I go eat anywhere else, if they are out of something, the waiters always know and apologize that it is not available. Not here. No one ever knows until they go back to the kitchen and specifically ask. Bottom line? Great pizza, terrible, terrible management and service.“

“this review is for the new Rexburg location in Mother hibbards have stopped in there four times within the last week to try the food and they never have anything in the warmer. no pizzas nothing. I went in there tonight. no food in the warmer. the kids that work there are sitting on the floor up against the wall doing absolutely nothing. Do they only serve Pizza at lunch and zero food for dinner? there's nothing anywhere that says what times they have food what time? they don't have food so tonight I went from hangar 54 right over to Valley wide and got me a personal pizza and now I'm headed to work.“
