“I just wanted to say we had an amazing experience today. We came in and it was extremely busy. There was a customer in front of us with entitlement demands. She was being very unreasonable with her demands. I would have honestly been fired if I had to deal with the customer. Your employee Katie and her crew just smiled and did everything they could to please her. I was really impressed with the crew and how the remained cool, respectful, and didn’t let that effect the vibe. I know most the time people are real quick to let you know when something is wrong, but never take the time to say when something is right. Katie and the crew were right and spot on. I went in there tonight. no food in the warmer. the kids that work there are sitting on the floor up against the wall doing absolutely nothing. “When I called to place an order Mieka answered the phone. She was VERY kind and super helpful. She repeated all information back to me to make sure everything was correct. “I would recommend it because the pizza is always really good. But my goodness, the service. It’s not just those actually serving, it’s also those who order things for the restaurant. At least 50% of the time, they don’t have the gluten-free crust that they advertise. They won’t tell you that when you call an order. And when you go in and sit down and order, they don’t tell you until they have already brought out the drinks and placed the order for the entire table. If we need gluten-free crust, it’s not like we can just say oh well will do without. We can’t let one of our parties sit there and not eat anything. Best part of all? They get very irritated when you won’t pay for the drinks that you did not even drink, which they brought while telling us they don’t have gluten-free crust. Today, I called and placed the order and then ran upstairs to take a shower as we were in a time crunch, which was the reason for ordering takeout to begin with. My son went to pick up the pizza. As I was getting out of the shower, he called And said he had just gotten to the store and they did not have the gluten-free crust. Since I was in a rush, I said to just go ahead and pick up the large pizza that we ordered and our gluten-free family member would get something else from somewhere else. Turns out they hadn’t even started the order. So none of us were able to get anything because by that time we couldn’t wait for them to make a pizza. Apparently, they had called to tell me they were out of gluten-free crust while I was in the shower. Why they couldn’t have said it when I was placing the order, we’ll never know. Anytime I go eat anywhere else, if they are out of something, the waiters always know and apologize that it is not available. Not here. No one ever knows until they go back to the kitchen and specifically ask. Bottom line? Great pizza, terrible, terrible management and service.“
