Wendy's in New Braunfels

“It's always the small town joints that go the extra mile to make sure your experience is worth the money you pay. I got the $7 Biggie bag and the burger was delicious for the lil burger it was. The patties were slightly over done, but its not something I'm complaining about. The fries were fresh, which, if you go to almost any one in the city, you're usually let down by the cold fries. Hopefully they were being cool when they snuck a spicy nuggy in the 4 of. Loved it! The atmosphere not being it's best simply because it was warm in there due to a/c issues. Anyway, it was a great lunch experience, and it was under $8. Thanks for standing out in a field of mediocrity!“

She is the kind of person who makes your whole day better just by being herself. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with such genuine warmth and kindness that we felt like more than just customers. Her customer service is absolutely stellar—fast, professional, and always with a smile that feels real.

It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond just because they care, but Lizzy does exactly that. We actually passed another Wendy’s just to come to this location because we knew she’d be here—and once again, she didn’t disappoint.
