“Wendy Far West Blvd. That day the enter door was closed. We could get in because a customer opened the door . A employee told us that there was not enough employees to work. That afternoon they were selling only to customers in cars. Happily, the employee very kind let buy our combos . We suggest Wendy puts a notice, on the enter door ,explaining the situation , because there are neighbors are walking like us that only want to enjoy its meals . We will wait patiently our delicious combos. The other hand, the TV was on, but we could not watch nothing only lines. If the tv doesn't work please turn off. The most customers only want to eat in peace. Whatever, with Wendy we enjoy a beautiful afternoon.“
“This is probably the only Wendy's that stays open as late as 2am I'm not sure on the lobby time but drive-thru is open till 2 am. The service has been decent the only thing they forgot was bacon ? on my burger not bad considering it was a $55.00 order so pretty satisfactory on the rest of my order. As far as attitude they have a great attitude for being open at 2am if it were me I would be pretty grippy. Oh and most definitely give the pumpkin spice frosty a try omg soo sooo sooo good!Kid-friendliness: Plenty of options for the kiddosWheelchair accessibility: Plenty wheelchair accessibility“
“This location was open on a snowy night when hardly anyone else in the city was open. They had a drive-through line around the block and only three of four employees, who not only risked a lot getting in on ice covered roads, but were working their tails off to keep the line moving. I feel like this kind of dedication is hard to come by anymore, especially in fast food. We ordered for a family of five and they for everything right; I wouldn’t have blamed them if they didn’t though.Thank you to this crew for your hard work.“
“We bought a 6 piece chicken nuggets and a medium unsweetened iced tea. Cost: $6.78. The $4.00 for the nuggets was.. well.. about normal for these days. A tiny bit overcooked and over salted, but nothing terrible. My issue is the price of the tea. A medium tea with ice cost $3.00. It cost Wendy's maybe $.50. So they made $2.50 on a glass of tea. I don't care if that is normal these days. It is too high. Period. I don't have enough of my $10 bill left to buy a gallon of gas. And the tea is weak. So when the half frozen ice melted I was left with tan water. Next time I will go elsewhere.“
“Very good baked potatoes people always forget they have them plus their chili is always really good good food great prices can't go wrong with that.Parking: They always have free parking and plenty of spaces with handicap options and wheelchair accessibilityWheelchair accessibility: Again they always have more always very close and wheelchair accessibility optimum“
“Al the ladys that work here are so kind. If anyone is rude to them i will personally hunt you down.Edit: another fantastic visit.I was struggling with the app and a nice lady named Shan showed me how to use it and everything. Thank you so much for your help!“
“Vegetarian options: Salads.... That's just about it. Maybe 1 veggie burger option, MAYBE. (maybe taco salad hold the meat? Or maybe salad wraps?)Parking: Surrounded by a parking lot of about easily 20 parking spotsKid-friendliness: Around a good safe area. Doesn't have playground. But still is a kid-friendly areaWheelchair accessibility: From what I can remember I do recall seeing a ramp“
“I want to take the time to thank Eduardo, Carolina, Ana, Joe and Carlos. They were so friendly, professional yet attentive to detail. They got the order correct even when they had the drive thru busy and people staring to come in to order and to pick up delivery orders. My husband and I love Wendy’s and this location never disappoints. You guys did an amazing job and we hope to see y’all next time we visit.“
“The food was so good. It was fast our order was entirely right. Hot and fresh. The service was lacking a bit and the restaurant was slightly dirty. The drink machine was not full. But the food was good just don't go during school lunch time.“
“I will drive all the way from Leander (almost Liberty Hill) to this Wendy's on a Friday at 5pm because it's the only Wendy's I've consistently gotten amazing food<never cold or old, always fresh> and the customer service is above and beyond what you would ever expect from a chain fast-food restaurant. I've worked off 620 for almost 17 years now and I really wish I would tried them sooner. It's just so hard after all the bad experience every single other Wendy's has given me. Not this location, they haven't let me down yet and it's been 6 years“
“Fast food. Clean restaurant. The burger came out and hit the spot.Might have reduced one star for service because I had to wait a little bit while they were distracted training a new employee, but no harm, no fowl, and like I said I had no complaints about the burger.“
“I was hungry asl after work at 1:20 am. Saw the Wendy's, pulled up. Immediately took my order (biggie bag w jbc), not only was service friendly and food good but I also forgot my card. Homeboy at the window brought it out to me while I was scarfing my food. Thank you guys.“
“I had to turn around, so I did, utilizing their parking lot. By the time I was entering traffic, the smell of Wendy's goodies had forcefully taken residence in My nasal cavities and I began to salivate like some Pavlovian pet. Being pressed for time, I had to continue the excursion however, I did return the following day for a large portion of their delectable fried frenched potato sticks!Salute“
“Breakfast was great- English muffins, fried egg, sausage and cheese and potato wedges. I wanted chili cheese fries actually, but it wasn't up and running! I had my C-PCT test that morning and was starving! Be prepared- it's not dangerous, but I did donate my tea, $4 in the drive thru to a homeless lady. Gave her some quick education after she said she was diabetic and drinks Mountain Dew and eats honey buns! It's all I could do. Help out those that are struggling, folks! You're downtown, so keep your head up.“
“I'm hoping if I give them 5 stars they will feel great about and change some things going on there.I like that they give people a chance at having a job and normal life that some people may not employ.I hope to see all of them succeed. But please!!! It's time to get this Wendy's operating again.“
“I dunno what’s up with the parking lot of this place…bit of a maze. I’m also not sure what’s up with the curbs in the drive through! Got a big SUV? Be careful with your turning radius. Drive thru attendant was one of the friendliest in the city. Fries were a little chilly. Great chicken “
“I used to work right down the road at the candy store. I knew I could always come down the road for quick and impeccable service. The employees are always very kind, and I can’t remember ever waiting in line or in the drive through for more than 3 minutes, even on the busiest days. Those workers kept me fed for the better part of two years and never did I feel like they didn’t want me there.“
“Went here with my little junior frosty keychain thing and the staff that helped me was Super nice and friendly and made me and my kid experience excellent! We sat by the fire place???? who knew Wendy's had fireplaces???!!!Anyway, yes super great experience here.“
“It’s a Wendy’s inside University of Texas at Austin across the Gregory Gym. This chain store has long opening hours. Although the food is just ok, you will feel relieve to get food after working out. Other restaurants operate obvisouly shorter than this Wendy’s and will close during the non-school periods. Overall, it's an ok-ok restaurant. I have nothing to complain.“
