“I have to thank Mimi for her service. They had run out of hot potatoes with chili. Mimi quickly heated the potato and chili, and brought it to our table with a smile. Then she brought us cookies to accommodate us for waiting for my meal. This is excellent EQ and customer service. You can tell that Mimi is a kind person. She seemed to be the manager and her staff were all very friendly and attentive.“

“The food wasn't bad we got a Caesar salad and Taco salad but when we ordered the woman wasn't paying attention and I had to do two different transactions because she couldn't understand English. I don't mind different people but at least get my order right the first time. I told her what I wanted and then told her whatever my daughter wants too. And she ignored my order and only put in my daughters order simply because she didn't understand English.“

“Good food for the Price , good employee's friendly environment. Fun visit to Wendy's again on 02/27/26 .Fun neat clean place right by the Perry Casteneda Library! The Flat screens are gone and The Wendy's was Not Crowded . I Ordered Wendy's Girl Scout Frosty. The item was delicious .The workers were fun nice and friendly the Campus was a friendly Hub of on Campus activities & Lecture Room were filled with interested intuitive University Students !!! The Campus was a place closeness and Togetherness!“

“I never leave reviews for fast food, but after my encounter with Alejandra just now in the drive-through I had to she was so kind and has such a positive energy about her. It made my day!!! I witnessed her be scrutinized over the size of the burger a man ordered, he said it wasn’t big enough lol. I heard him say he was going to leave her a bad review for it so I wanted to come counteract that because it wasn’t right.“

“The staff was courteous and focused on their work. Very busy during the time I was there but food was fresh. It was almost unreal how calm the atmosphere (for as busy as they were). The young man at the counter was attentive and doing his best.“

“Even though it was busy because school had just let out, the employees already had my meal packed and ready to go when I arrived. They were all very nice! They even included napkins, didn’t forget the sauce, and included my straw in the bag.“

“Everything inside and out is remarkably clean and modern. The staff is really nice and worked well together. The food presented looked appealing. French fries were good but a bit greasy. I had a Dave Double. The burger looked good but the meat had no flavor, zero! The amount of sauce put did not help that. Even a little bit of salt may have turned the nice looking patties into something raising the star!“

“I was here late night, it was fresh and fast, only reason I gave 4 stars for service was the lady that took my order had a heavy Spanish accent that made it a little difficult, but she got my order right the first time, I'll come back to this Wendy's for the late night for sure! Google also brought me in the back way, which made it a little difficult, it brought me in against the drive thru, Im attaching pictures of the entrance.“

“There were just a few tables inside, but it was bright and clean. The atmosphere was “fast food” normal. The chicken nuggets were lightly breaded and there was a good selection of dips. Easy to get to from the Wyndham Garden hotel in Austin!“

“Brock , was the guy who took our meal order here at this location, the 620 by Anderson mill rd. He was absolutely amazing. He was such a complete delight. Thank you for taking our order was having a bad and he made my day so thank you again!“

“I know fast food but you shouldn't serve cold food. I ordered a small chilli and a small fries both were cold. The cheese didn't even melt inside of the chilli. You could have easily popped up it in the microwave for a few seconds“

“We were served by Wendy at Wendy's house I said that right we were served by Wendy and she was nothing less than amazing please make sure that she gets recognized Harrison off-duty Uber driver delivery I got to say within the city they are one of the best to deal with“

“I have been driving for a long time and I needed to stop , the staff was very friendly and they made my meal Keto friendly without giving me any faces , she just smiled and said they could easily make what I requested, the place was pretty big and they had comfy chairs so after I ate i was able to take a much needed power nap 😴, thank you guys“

“The food was great and hot when we received it. We did have to wait a while to have someone take my order. The other employees were busy with other orders and the drive thru, so I wanted at the counter for about 4-5 minutes before someone came to talk to me. It was also rather warm inside the building, but overall it was a good experience.“

“Went here with my little junior frosty keychain thing and the staff that helped me was Super nice and friendly and made me and my kid experience excellent! We sat by the fire place???? who knew Wendy's had fireplaces???!!!Anyway, yes super great experience here.“
