Wendy's in Seguin

“Wendys you should be proud of the employees working at this establishment! I went for breakfast and had a free seasoned potato with my order. I said at the order prompt that I had a free large seasoned potato on the app and would be using it when I got to the window to scan. but she took it as I wanted a small seasoned potato. And charged me for one. But when I brought it to their attention, they quickly gave me a refund for the potato and were so good about it. Wish all fast food places were like this.“

“Stopped by the Wendy’s at Road Ranger yesterday and was really impressed. The staff was friendly, professional, and had some of the best customer service I’ve experienced at a fast food location in a long time. Everything was clean, organized, and well-kept, and the whole atmosphere felt welcoming from the moment I walked in. You can tell the employees genuinely care about doing a good job and want you to enjoy your experience there. My food came out fairly quickly and tasted amazing. If you haven’t tried the spicy chicken sandwich or the spicy nuggets with sweet chili sauce, you’re missing out! One of the employees recommended it and it definitely added a whole new element to my usual large chili with onions and cheese and loaded baked potato - Shout out to the GM or whoever is running the place there, you have an awesome team!
