“Thank you to Lori and Wendy's crew, I had picked up an order for my kids not realizing that I was missing food, as I was picking at thier food just a little bite, it was really good,and fresh.. so I went back for a second order for myself, and they missed putting my chicken sandwich in my last order.. well they were amazing to add my chicken sandwich and fries and drink to my second order.. “Stopped by the Wendy’s at Road Ranger yesterday and was really impressed. The staff was friendly, professional, and had some of the best customer service I’ve experienced at a fast food location in a long time. Everything was clean, organized, and well-kept, and the whole atmosphere felt welcoming from the moment I walked in. You can tell the employees genuinely care about doing a good job and want you to enjoy your experience there. My food came out fairly quickly and tasted amazing. If you haven’t tried the spicy chicken sandwich or the spicy nuggets with sweet chili sauce, you’re missing out! One of the employees recommended it and it definitely added a whole new element to my usual large chili with onions and cheese and loaded baked potato - Shout out to the GM or whoever is running the place there, you have an awesome team!
