“I came to Wendy’s, kinda late really excited about having a bacon Ater. It’s been a long time and my daughter wanted one too and kind of a weird situation. They were out of buns tonight. And I was kind of upset, but I have to admit the young man, Andre on the drive-through made the best out of a bad situation. He was just very nice and pleasant and you know you’re very nice. “Chris I believe who is the manager at the time and his one other employee that was there were both running that store by themselves at the time they were very attentive got our food out quickly was on point they were too bad ass dudes I'll go back there and anytime he was polite his cordial to my daughter and he was there all around really nice people“
“Very slow even when they aren't busy but they have good value priced food so I don't mind the extra four or five minutes in the drive thru. This location is in the medical center across from University Hospital so it's a good spot to walk to from there.“

“I went to Wendy's with wonder in my eye hoping for the fresh quality food that Wendy's provides, and The food was hot and fresh. The survice was sub par, slow, and not very helpful. I did see a few bugs in this establishment unfortunately. Over all pretty average Wendy's experience.“

“All I can say is these guys need a raise. 4/20/2026. Showed up real late. Store was clean. The guy took my order for take out around 9:20. They seemed slammed with drive thru orders. I waited a bit but they literally gave me a thing of soft serve and nuggets for the wait. They didnt HAVE to do that. Thats really really rare these days. NOT only that they were working extremely hard in the back. I was really actually shocked to see that at especially in this town. I got my bag and immediately had to write the review. The food was fine. I didnt have any issues with the food itself. The only reason why the food isnt a 5/5 is because the burger wasnt super fresh, but it still tasted good and its to be expected at this time. For how chaotic it was in the back the guy kept his composure better than I could have.“
“It was a long and cold walk when I decided to pop in to this Wendy's to grab a quick bite, hydrate and try out there app. It was late and I was expecting the dining room to be closed....open until midnight!!!! I was able to charge my phone as there were plenty of wall outlets with dual USB chargers included. Crew made me feel at home and even allowed me to try the new limited edition Salted Caramel Frosty:)

“We got our food through the drive-thru and had to wait a bit for our order. I was ready to go inside thinking they forgot us but no they were coming out w/our order at the same time. I love their spicy chicken sandwich! It was hot and the lettuce and tomatoes were fresh. Fries were cold though, that sucked, but guessing they sat there waiting while our sandwiches were being made fresh! So, 4 stars only because of the wait and the cold fries but other then that we will be returning. Thank you and good day“
“Had a great experience with Jake, great service and the franchise owner is lucky to have him. I actually told him at the drive through window he is making each person’s life a little better with his great attitude. Odd thing to say in that situation, but I wouldn’t have said it if it weren’t absolutely accurate.“
“Didnt have a huge issue with anything but im not sure if i had my order taken by someone new or if she was just really shy. I tried to ask a question about a coupon from the app to get 2$ off my order because i wasn't sure if it would apply to my order. She kinda just went silent and then told me how much my order cost like i hadn't said anything.
I eventually got her to scan it and got my 2 dollars but that was definitely not how you deal with a customers question. Even if you dont know the answer either find soneone who can or make an effort to figure it out yourself.“
