“Been there twice this week for breakfast. The first one for my wife and she absolutely loved it. "It can't be that good", well let me tell you the sausage biscuits are remarkably good. I will put them against any fast food or even some dine in restaurants. The breakfast chicken sandwich can also stand on its own. And one final comment. I believe that I was served by Monica the first day I went there and she really made my day. She was very nice and made me go back the second time. Job well done Monica!!!“

“This was a fine Wendy's and I appreciate that it was open late. The food was hot and fresh and as ordered. I value an accurate order. The staff was friendly enough. I don't understand the negative reviews but suppose everyone has their own experiences. In terms of drive-thru experience there was a wait but that's the nature. I will say that it's location right off the highway was convenient.“

“Recently we thought about avoiding them altogether, they were slow, not friendly and my fries were NEVER hot. BUT, we gave them another shot, we visited and just got something small. It was perfect! “With over 20 years of customer service experience I know good service when I get it. Going through the drive-through when the person gave me my food, they said have a great day with true sincerity. I thought that was amazing and itself for a fast food restaurant employee to tell me so driving about to take a bite into my sandwich and realized they messed up on my order, which is not a big deal for me people make mistakes, so I’m always patient, upon my return, I walked inside and let them know. My order was wrong. They were immediately apologetic corrected my order in a professional manner although they made a mistake but the way they corrected and handled the mistake was great. I was overall impressed, which is not easy to do for me being that I have over 20 years in customer service industry. There’s a difference between people who do things because they have to it’s their job and people who show value of people and this is the essence that causes people to come back.“

Anthony is usually the one to help me and he’s always so friendly and goes out of his way to provide great customer service! Whenever I am craving their baconator fries I make it a point to come to this specific location because they alway get my order perfect!“
“Tammy T, was wonderful! I read the menu wrong and thought the French toast sticks go with the meal I ordered she was very polite when explaining they didn’t! I was like that’s totally fine I’ll through the line again and she told me not to worry about it and had me pull up and grabbed them for me! I know she was busy too they had just got an order delivered but she still took the time to take care of me! I don’t live in this side of town but if I’m ever here I’ll be back for sure!“

“I maybe get fast food once it twice a year. I had to work late and was just hungry and tired- bad mood all the way around. I stopped at Wendy's because it's next door to my apartment. Let's just say my attitude and mood was completely different upon leaving. The girl that helped me, I think her name was Kimberly- she was so kind and patient with me. I know she really could care less but she made me feel like she was honestly interested in hearing me complain about my day. Her cheerful upbeat attitude is exactly what I didn't know i needed. My food was hot, ingredients fresh, experience was by far the best I've ever had. I'm so happy I chose to stop there tonight. You probably will never see this but Thank You Kimberly! “Everything was fresh we ordered the 4 for four. The burger was hot and fresh, French fries could have been hotter, but the chicken nuggets were good and my husband got the spicy chicken nuggets and he said they had a good kick! We spent $8 with use having four food items and a drink!!Great deal!“

“They used to say Where's the Beef now that make the sandwich so small that the beef is there but it's tiny tiny tiny. I went over there for a meal I spent $12 for a meal they didn't have no pumpkin spice they didn't have Dr Pepper they didn't have half the things that I wanted and I way overpaid for him you know that I should have been able that I should have been happy eating and I wasn't.“
“I usually come to this Wendy’s because they do a pretty decent job. However I went to go get lunch on my break from work at this location and they kinda just gave me the wrong order. I tried calling the store to try to correct my order but no answer, it was late but I know they were still open.I went back the next day to speak with a manager to correct my order from the previous day. Without hesitation he fixed my order, and I left satisfied.Will probably be taking a break but the male managers here are great and are really helpful.“
“We stopped at this Wendys about a month ago and i grabbed a triple bacon burger and fries with drinks. My girl wanted something different. “This Wendy’s location is just outside the Fort Sam Houston Walter’s street gate. Overall, its good for a quick meal as you’re leaving or entering base. Its clean, amd the staff is friendly. Their prices are good—I recommend getting the “Biggie Bags”—great value for the food youre getting.“
