The food is actually good but the service is terrible. Every time I go to the drive-thru I am asked to pull forward and wait. Then I sit there waiting for 15 minutes. I could have got a burger faster at Chili's. Yes, next time I will go to Chili's.
Breyanna was not helpful. When I got to the window I wanted to add something.. I had rewards to use and she didn't tell me the scan didn't take. I saw after that I had to enlarge the QR code. I didn't know but I'm assuming she did. I apologized for my last min add on. She ignored me with a ugly look. She just had a nasty attitude. I do not look forward to going back cuz I don't want to have to deal with her again.
Things have changed in 5 years.. went thru drive thru waited a bit longer than normal. The young man said the manger Daniel gave me an extra Chili for the wait! Excellent customer service! Made my day! Called in to thank Daniel. Chili was excellent!
