First off , I ordered 2 pretzel baconator combos and 2 6piece nuggets with 2 large fries. No receipt was given and I was asked to move up and they would bring it out. After several cars coming and going I went inside and they could not find my order. This is just for the location I was at on SW Military, San Antonio. I waited for 5 mins to place my order. I was the only person in the restaurant. There were cars in the drive up, which I would understand if you just holler at me "be there in a min" but no acknowledgment at all. I left.
