our visit to Cici on sw Military was amazing we came in at 8pm thee Google stated they closed at 930lm. well at first it was dead, then the crowd started swarming in. line out the door,, the buffet was partially empty. When the crowd arrived Veronica the manager stayed calm and professional. she started working theline and maintained by getting fresh pizzas out with no customers waiting. one after another, it was very impressive even the custome orders. Pleasantly surprised with the pizza options available and you can make special requests. They also have a salad bar. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everyone. They also interacted with customers based on pizza favorites. It was extremely busy at this location, I haven't been to a CiCi's Pizza in years, but I would definitely return to enjoy the pizza options. As more people arrive the pizza options become more crazy and available to try.
I love this Cicis, I come here anytime I want to eat with family or friends and don't want worry about what they want! The pizza is very good and always well cooked, if you want something that isn't on the bar already, ask the staff and they are always very prompt on making it. The staff are also very nice. This location is also very busy, so be prepared if you don't want to be around a lot of people.
