The air conditioner was broke. But Johnny and the team made a bad situation Manageable and enjoyable. . He has great energy and it looks like his team and him were having a good time. Clean restaurant.

As a restaurant operator, it is important to follow food safety and hygiene standards. This place has some real challenges. Filthy t-shirts, smoking right outside the entrance then not washing hands, skull caps and touching phone while preparing food, wiping hands on pants... really concern me.
