“We went and ordered a few things just for all of us to try them. The chicken quesadilla was a big hit, the loaded fries (chicken) were really loaded with chicken and tasty. But the star of the show were the street tacos (barbacoa/pastor) and the Limon Fresca. Sadly we didn't take pictures of the food before we devoured it.“

I have had the opportunity to see his operation from the fire pits in the back, kitchen, and have always been highly impressed with the cleanliness of his facility.
