“It is refreshing to come to Brownsville and have a concept like Malachela available with a solid beer selection and tasty bites from an exciting menu. I look forward to returning and trying more food! The molleja tacos are a must have order and they are approachable for the demographic.“

“The tacos are soooo good. The meat is so well season. It’s never over season or salty. The tortillas are never oily or soggy. The grilled onions are the best I’ve eaten anywhere they are always well seasoned. The salsas are delicious. Usual I eat the green salsa but the red salsa is superior. The lemonade is always on point tart and sweet. The sirloin burger is a super good combination. The fries have a very unique seasoning that make them taste good without needing ketchup. Definitely one of the best tacos in town.“

“I came here for the 1st time. 1st of all, they only accept cash. I ordered a dozen chicken flautas, 8 shredded beef tacos, a burger, a drink, and fries. The burger was subpar. Fries were ok. The chicken flautas were ok as well. The tacos were the best by far. I think if I had ordered the beef flautas instead of chicken, it would've tasted better. But if ur going for the 1st time, stick to the shredded beef. The chicken has no flavor. In total I paid 26 dollars.“

“First time in this place & it was really good. Ate dinner with my family here tonight. Bistek tacos were really good, trust me im not a fan of bistek tacos yet i liked these alot! I ordered 6 tacos of tripa & all it missed was the tripa being a bit more crispy.. other than that it was delicious! ? Definitely will come back. Shout out to the lady who attended us& thanks for the hospitality “
