“I will NOT be going back to orange grove location. Was craving a mangodilly all day and got to the location 5-10 minutes before closing. Two vehicles were ahead of me, the one having got there exactly when I did. The first vehicle got their treat and left. The vehicle ahead of me pulled up to the window and parked. I waited about 20 minutes just for the extremely rude staff member to walk out, say they were closed. She tried to say she made sure no one else was in line which all she would have had to do was look out the window and she would have seen I was there before closing. She proceeded to rudely walk away and get in the vehicle in front of me and leave. A staff members ride should NOT park in the drive through window blocking a paying customer who was there before closing time from being served. To say I was angry would be an understatement. I have gone to the calallen location shortly before closing on numerous instances and have NEVER been denied service or received such horrible customer service. Staff has even gone so far as to come out of the shack to get everyone’s orders who were in line waiting at closing time.”

“Went the other day and ordered food and my food was cold by the time I got my blizzards and do they participate in the flip your blizzard, because all three of mine were not flipped And the only reason my food was cold is because they took over 30 minutes to get my blizzards”

“The dude and the burger not put together well. Dude mostly dry except one end. Fries good. However, ordered medium but amount served was small. Employees not happy to see our smiling faces for some reason? Teenage kids messing around inside business, tackling each other the whole time we were there. Desert to go great. Most DQ's we visit while traveling get 5 stars, this was the exception.”

“I will consider that I came here at around 7:40 and after we ordered it took like 8 minutes but it came out fresh and I got the spicy glaze along with adding the spicy seasoning which hits different! The picture was leftovers unfortunately I forgot to take a picture my of my 4 piece combo. Also there was only 3 people working at the time.”
