“Chicken breast was so perfectly cooked and skin mouthwatering crunchy. I picked it down to the bare bones. Corn nuggets actually have full corn inside. Gravy was excellent, tasted and looked just like my dad had made it in my home kitchen when I was growing up. Portions large. Restaurant super clean and sweet staff. Recommended the homemade strawberry cake and it didn't disappoint. 5 stars all day long“

“When I had went up to order, there was a man giving me and glare. His name was Allen and he works there now. He finishes our order and proceeds to make our drinks he got 3 right and was making the last one and I was telling him what it was and he goes, “ I KNOW!” He then proceeds to mess it up. I asked for grilled nuggets and what do I get. Fried nuggets. This dude was rude and disrespectful. Other than him, experience was great.“

“The food is pretty good, but way overpriced. And they tend to stop serving certain items before the store is even closed. Some people prefer biscuits instead of rolls, but you can't get a biscuit after 8pm and if you do, it's hard as a brick-bat. I recommend go earlier than later.“

“There is a lady that works there with red hair and this review is for you not necessarily even pizza hut. You are awesome and your attitude seriously made this pizza hut location the best I've ever experienced. I'm from fort worth area and I wish ppl from there could experience your smile and energy and see the way it is truly supposed to be. By far my best experience at pizza hut. Plz yall find out who this worker is and tell her good job at least. My fire academy group loved her as well and she deserves all the praise. 👏“

“I don't usually comment on fast-food places, but this TB is exceptional. A wonderful young lady taught me how to use the electronic order board and the food came out perfect and very fast. All the condiments etc are available on a side table. All TB's should emulated this location.“

“chicken tenders tasted sour. tots were cold. toast like cardboard and no gravy. I waited over 35 minutes for the worst food I've ever had. 😠🤢paid $8.65 and couldn't even eat it, went in the trash. Will not return.“

“Oh, what a treat I was in for when I entered the Subway in Kilgore TX! As soon as me and my husband opened the door, we received a hearty welcome and a big smile from both Brandi and Nikki. Nikki was the quiet one, but Brandi blew us away. Not only did she speak she stayed engaged in pleasant conversation with us throughout our visit. Her energy and joy were certainly a delight, and you couldn’t help but leave feeling encouraged and blessed by her presence. This young lady deserves a raise and a promotion. She went above and beyond!!! So much so that we left the store and I called back to get her name, because I wanted to write this review.
Other things we noticed right off is the restaurant was clean, the bathrooms were clean, the area where the food was; clean. I have never ever been in a Subway where everything was clean, and the service was spectacular. Thank you, Brandi and Nikki, for making our day! As a sidebar, every time we travel, I usually wait a week until returning home to write my reviews….but this couldn’t wait. These young ladies should be celebrated every day.“
