We love Golden Chick. It's Chicken right? BUT this experience in Ovilla TX was disappointing. We waited in the drive-thru for over 15 minutes only to be told they are out of WINGS, and the cashier blew it off like "how dare you be disappointed!" She even ignored us when i asked if there was a substitute and she made me repeat my order 3 times.....Imagine a chicken establishment out of chicken WINGS? Went to Golden chick to get takeout let's just say the experience was awesome the manager named Andrea did a special order of my sandwich which wasn't necessary but thoughtful and sweet and deserves a big raise and she was awesome
