“This is my go to lunch spot and I have a 30 minute lunch. I love the enchilada burritos with the black olives. I eat the super tacos the most though. The meat is real ground beef! I like the nachos but without the nacho cheese add shredded. The sweet tea is sooo good.“

“Homemade Fries are so good and the smash burger was great too. The bun was perfectly toasted. My only complaint was they charged $1.00 for ranch and it was Clover Valley brand from the Dollar Store. It was gross and obviously way overpriced since the whole bottle is $2.00 at DG.“

“People don’t realize how difficult it can be to do simple things when you drive cross country in an 18 wheeler. Tonight I was delivering to a place behind the plaza and was excited to see the restaurant as I drove past it. Once docked I walked from behind the plaza and across the lot only to find that only the drive thru was open. I was so disappointed because I’ve been turned away by many places for safety reasons of standing in a car lane.
Anyways I started to just turn and leave but decided to tell the young lady taking the drive thru orders that I can’t fit my truck through the drive thru and am so hungry. She told me not to leave she would take my order and have someone bring it out to me. I was over the moon happy. 10 hours of driving and this was my only real meal since breakfast. I wish I had gotten her name but I can tell you she was the only female outside. My order #2692007 9/13/25 @8:57pm register 52 if you can find her please thank her again for me. “Very friendly employees. Ordered two super tacos and lg De Pepper to eat in. The gentleman at the register was very friendly and had great manners. He let home know it was his first day on the register and he was a little nervous. I smiled and told him he was doing great I didn't even notice. Food was delicious as always.

But Brandon got an umbrella and walked me to my car that was in the second parking lot just to keep my food and I from get drenched in the rain...
Please promote Brandon because he sacrifice getting wet to keep a customer dry.

“First time i have ever ordered at speaker most times there is someone standing in the drive taking order. Girl at window was in a hurry to something else other than make sure my order was correct.
It wasnt and on top of that no condiments, utensils or napkins made for a very disgruntled dinner“

“I had not been to Dairy Queen in years. I must say a welcome surprise. The menu offered new and different food choices. I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak sandwich and it was fantastic. The service at the Red Oak location off Orvilla Rd and 35 access rd was fantastic. We were with treated with good southern hospitality. Tracie the manager made us feel welcomed and brought our food to us at the table. Just plain good customer service. Very rare for a fast food place. We dined in and will definitely go back. “My family and I stopped by Royal Fried Seafood and Grill when we were in Cedar Hill for a family reunion. The service was 10/10 and the food was absolutely amazing. My 7 year old son absolutely said this was the best food we had the entire trip, and though we’re foodies, my husband and I agreed! We’re already craving it again now that we’re back in Kansas! “I recommend this place. The staff are very professional and kind. The place is clean from the parking lot to everything inside.Today is the 2nd time I have ordered the grilled white fish, both times really good, great french fries, and the breadstick is yummy. The 4 stars for the food Is about the one piece of battered and fried fish that I brought back to the house for my granddaughter. She made a face, asked me to taste it and while the fish was plentiful and the batter clearly fresh, it tasted like it had been cooked in some pretty old oil which kind of spoiled the taste of it and nobody ate it.“

“I visited Chick-fil-A recently and had a really positive experience from start to finish. The restaurant seemed very busy and the line was very long but a employee Natalie still walked up to my vehicle and attended me perfectly. She repeated my order and had a smile although even with the sun hitting her right in the face.Her customer service stood out and genuinely improved my visit.

“I recently had to change my diet to gluten free. I visited Jersey Mikes because I heard their gluten free subs were delicious. I had the absolute best experience. When I told them I needed gluten free, they took it VERY seriously. They took additional precautions without me even asking. (Such as not using the Mayo and knife that touch other sandwiches.) The whole team is obviously trained really well. Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you for not making it feel like an inconvenience, and going above and beyond to serve me. I will be a customer for life.“
