“Homemade Fries are so good and the smash burger was great too. The bun was perfectly toasted. My only complaint was they charged $1.00 for ranch and it was Clover Valley brand from the Dollar Store. It was gross and obviously way overpriced since the whole bottle is $2.00 at DG.“

There was a gentleman and a woman outside around noon. They busted their butts making sure the walk ways were clear. Not only that, but they were picking up ice chunks by the drive thru to make it safe and smooth for us. They went above and beyond (literally). I hope you'll will do something nice for them. They both had on head sets and the young lady had on glasses. They truly cared and didn't rush even though it was so cold today.,“

“As a Chicago sweetheart, finding good fish in Texas is serious business and JJ Fish & Chicken absolutely delivered. The steaked catfish took me straight back home. Perfectly seasoned, tender, flavorful, and not overcooked like so many places get wrong.

What impressed me most was that authentic Chicago-style fish spot feel & da real mildsauce, the kind of place where the food speaks for itself. If you grew up on Chicago fish joints, you already know the standard is high. This is the first place in Texas that genuinely gave me that same comfort-food experience.

But Brandon got an umbrella and walked me to my car that was in the second parking lot just to keep my food and I from get drenched in the rain...

“there was a employee this morning who handed me my drink and noticed there was a spider about to crawl into my car. he asked if i wanted him to take care of it, i said yes and he did. he didn't kill it either which was great. literally saved me from a future panic attack. 10/10 guy“

“I had not been to Dairy Queen in years. I must say a welcome surprise. The menu offered new and different food choices. I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak sandwich and it was fantastic. The service at the Red Oak location off Orvilla Rd and 35 access rd was fantastic. We were with treated with good southern hospitality. Tracie the manager made us feel welcomed and brought our food to us at the table. Just plain good customer service. Very rare for a fast food place. We dined in and will definitely go back. “First time i have ever ordered at speaker most times there is someone standing in the drive taking order. Girl at window was in a hurry to something else other than make sure my order was correct.

“People don’t realize how difficult it can be to do simple things when you drive cross country in an 18 wheeler. Tonight I was delivering to a place behind the plaza and was excited to see the restaurant as I drove past it. Once docked I walked from behind the plaza and across the lot only to find that only the drive thru was open. I was so disappointed because I’ve been turned away by many places for safety reasons of standing in a car lane.
Anyways I started to just turn and leave but decided to tell the young lady taking the drive thru orders that I can’t fit my truck through the drive thru and am so hungry. She told me not to leave she would take my order and have someone bring it out to me. I was over the moon happy. 10 hours of driving and this was my only real meal since breakfast. I wish I had gotten her name but I can tell you she was the only female outside. My order #2692007 9/13/25 @8:57pm register 52 if you can find her please thank her again for me. “I am extremely impressed. 4 piece Catfish, fries, pickles and pepper. It was incredible. While waiting on my order, they had Martin Lawrence on the set. Funny. That time I spent there 10min was fantastic. The food was just right and not over cooked. It was fluffy, seasoned very well. They know. I'm coming back real soon. Bet that.“

Order Items: Super Taco, Combination Burrito, Nachos, Soft taco, and Chilada.

Store: This store was super clean and very inviting! The floor, tables, order area, what we could see of the kitchen, and the condiment areas all were spotless. The men's bathroom was also extremely clean.

Staff: We were greeted by two of the staff, one at the counter and one in the kitchen. Everyone was super kind and represented the store wonderfully! If I was the store owner, I'd be proud of the team from this night!

Order: Our order was taken and then read back to us looking for errors. Our order was also made fresh right before us and was quick to be served. Everything was piping hot and wonderful!

Food: We felt the nacho cheese needed something. While it was hot and fresh, it was also plain. We ended up mixing in salsa and lime juice. We also felt that the taco meat needed a tad more seasoning. Other than these two things, our food was next level great! While we did add some seasonings and such at home, the food was hot, portions were great, and we very much enjoyed our meals!

Summary: We'd give Taco Casa #72 a 4 3/4 Stars if we could!

“I had one of the best experiences at Chick-fil-A in a long time today. From the moment I pulled into the drive-thru, Micah showed exactly what Chick-fil-A customer service and values are all about, kindness, hospitality, attention to detail, and making every guest feel appreciated.

Micah greeted me with a smile, asked for my name, and even asked if I wanted to scan my Chick-fil-A app for rewards. Honestly, that simple question stood out because I hadn’t been asked that in a very long time. I was just telling some friends recently that it felt like the true Chick-fil-A values and customer service experience had started to fade a little, but Micah gave me hope again.

While taking my order, he noticed I had rewards available in the app for the item I was ordering and suggested I use them so I could get the item for free. I use the Chick-fil-A app often, and no one has ever pointed that out to me before. Because of Micah paying attention and genuinely caring, I ended up saving money on something I was fully prepared to pay for.

I also asked him about one of the drinks Chick-fil-A was offering, and he gave me his recommendation. I tried it, and it was actually really good. Before finishing the order, he carefully went back over everything with a smile and told me to have a great day.

That was probably the best $10 I’ve spent in a long time, and honestly, the Chick-fil-A tasted even better because of the experience Micah provided. I even stopped at the drive-thru exit to speak with a manager because I wanted them to know how much of an impact he made.

I believe great employees deserve recognition, so I wanted the world to know about Micah. If you stop by Chick-fil-A and see him, make sure you say hello!“

“This sonic is great when it comes to quality of food, speed of service, and customer service. But the parking lot sucks, it’s confusing and feels incredibly cramped. Almost every time I come here someone almost hits me while we’re leaving. I get options are limited there, but maybe some way to update the parking lot to make it flow better and look nicer would be nice.“
