There was a gentleman and a woman outside around noon. They busted their butts making sure the walk ways were clear. Not only that, but they were picking up ice chunks by the drive thru to make it safe and smooth for us. They went above and beyond (literally). I hope you'll will do something nice for them. They both had on head sets and the young lady had on glasses. They truly cared and didn't rush even though it was so cold today.,“

“My family and I stopped by Royal Fried Seafood and Grill when we were in Cedar Hill for a family reunion. The service was 10/10 and the food was absolutely amazing. My 7 year old son absolutely said this was the best food we had the entire trip, and though we’re foodies, my husband and I agreed! We’re already craving it again now that we’re back in Kansas! But Brandon got an umbrella and walked me to my car that was in the second parking lot just to keep my food and I from get drenched in the rain...

“I visited Chick-fil-A recently and had a really positive experience from start to finish. The restaurant seemed very busy and the line was very long but a employee Natalie still walked up to my vehicle and attended me perfectly. She repeated my order and had a smile although even with the sun hitting her right in the face.Her customer service stood out and genuinely improved my visit.

“I had not been to Dairy Queen in years. I must say a welcome surprise. The menu offered new and different food choices. I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak sandwich and it was fantastic. The service at the Red Oak location off Orvilla Rd and 35 access rd was fantastic. We were with treated with good southern hospitality. Tracie the manager made us feel welcomed and brought our food to us at the table. Just plain good customer service. Very rare for a fast food place. We dined in and will definitely go back. “People don’t realize how difficult it can be to do simple things when you drive cross country in an 18 wheeler. Tonight I was delivering to a place behind the plaza and was excited to see the restaurant as I drove past it. Once docked I walked from behind the plaza and across the lot only to find that only the drive thru was open. I was so disappointed because I’ve been turned away by many places for safety reasons of standing in a car lane.
Anyways I started to just turn and leave but decided to tell the young lady taking the drive thru orders that I can’t fit my truck through the drive thru and am so hungry. She told me not to leave she would take my order and have someone bring it out to me. I was over the moon happy. 10 hours of driving and this was my only real meal since breakfast. “I am extremely impressed. 4 piece Catfish, fries, pickles and pepper. It was incredible. While waiting on my order, they had Martin Lawrence on the set. Funny. Order Items: Super Taco, Combination Burrito, Nachos, Soft taco, and Chilada.

Store: This store was super clean and very inviting! The floor, tables, order area, what we could see of the kitchen, and the condiment areas all were spotless. The men's bathroom was also extremely clean.

Staff: We were greeted by two of the staff, one at the counter and one in the kitchen. Everyone was super kind and represented the store wonderfully! If I was the store owner, I'd be proud of the team from this night!

Order: Our order was taken and then read back to us looking for errors. Our order was also made fresh right before us and was quick to be served. Everything was piping hot and wonderful!

Food: We felt the nacho cheese needed something. While it was hot and fresh, it was also plain. We ended up mixing in salsa and lime juice. We also felt that the taco meat needed a tad more seasoning. Other than these two things, our food was next level great! While we did add some seasonings and such at home, the food was hot, portions were great, and we very much enjoyed our meals!

Summary: We'd give Taco Casa #72 a 4 3/4 Stars if we could!

Hefty portions and the price is good for what you're getting. The only issues I've ever had when going there is their fountain drinks. They ice machine always seem low and their sodas taste different. Is recommend getting their bottled drinks.“

“I loved my food I was traveling from Illinois and was told to eat here glad I stopped I will say the cashier was not friendly and my chips were not in the bag down the road when I went to go eat my food but over all I give y’all a 90 percent outta 100 percent“

“We ordered ahead through the Sonic app, but unfortunately our order wasn’t complete when we arrived. We were missing 4 corn dogs and were given pretzels instead, which normally would’ve been fine, except we had already ordered pretzels with our meal.

I really wish we had been told beforehand that they were out of corn dogs so we could’ve chosen something else. The staff was very nice and did try to make it right by replacing them with hot dogs, but unfortunately the hot dogs were cold. 😢

The rest of our food was decent 👌🏽 and I definitely want to give credit to the employees because the service was friendly and they genuinely tried to fix the situation. No hard feelings at all! I just think better communication about unavailable items and making sure replacements are fresh and hot would’ve made the experience much better.“

When I told them I needed gluten free, they took it VERY seriously. They took additional precautions without me even asking. (Such as not using the Mayo and knife that touch other sandwiches.)
