I went inside and stood at the counter for every bit of 4 minutes while the employees gathered previous orders before the young girl even spoke or acknowledged my presence. All three employees.. A counter girl, drive thru girl, and a manager.. No one spoke. I bet Kentucky Fried Chicken would have greeted me or at least say "I'll be right with you". If you are going to work in customer service, then learn customer service skills.
