“Bubbas is a unique barbecue experience. I’ve never been asked “lean” or “Marbled” brisket before. The marbled is as tender as it gets. The people are very friendly and the sauce is just as nice. Also had the ribs and cherry cobbler which were excellent! Highly recommend.

“I have been dying to try this resturant since looking for an authentic polish restaurant in the central texas area. My husband's family is polish so we drove 2 hours to try these fresh periogies and house made sausage. We were in heaven with every bite. The cabbage rolls were an explosion of flavor, the potato pancakes just like his grandma makes around hanukkah. I loved the options of fillings for the periogies. The dill pickle soup is not what you're used to but is a beautiful combination of flavors. The schnitzel was to die for. Goulash was full of tender beef and flavor. Overall worth the drive and I wish we had more room to try the whole menu! Absolutely 10/10 try this place out if you've never tried eastern European food.”

“We drive here from Red Oak at least twice a week to pick up their delicious Moo Goo Gai Pan. My husband would probably eat it every meal of every day of he could. :) Staff is very friendly as well. We have not eaten in since they expanded with more seating area but we do see eat--in business seems to have picked up. They also do a TON of delivery business.”

I saw the Manger Mabel quick to attended to all people who walked into the restaurant with a timely manner way..Very great service and will come back to dine in again. Not only was she outstanding, she was so very kind as to ask permission to hold our fussy baby so that we could finish our meals! “The wife and I visited Bluebonnet City Grill for the first time today, and we are hooked! The service was fast and friendly, food was fresh and SO DELICIOUS, and everybody in there made us feel very welcome. The staff were extremely kind and respectful towards my medical alert service dog- which is something we don’t run into very often. We love this place and will probably be by once a week!”

“The food is amazing! I had the Philly Cheesesteak, and it was finger licking good!!! Went back with my family and had the fish and shrimp platter, fried pickles, cheese sticks, and Jalepeno poppers! They were all delicious. I am not a sauce person, but their house sauce paired perfectly with the fish and shrimp! The owners are amazing people and we enjoyed the atmosphere!! Definitely recommend! Dug into the basket before taking a picture. 🤣🤣”
