“Julian ? ? knows how to make a sandwich with style. Most subways you go the sandwiches are thrown together and it's a mess. ? Here in Alma, the store was not only clean, & everyone was friendly, Julian took his time asking my husband & I about what we wanted and actually had a conversation with us vs. other stores where it seems like you are bothering them being a customer. Very kind! ? Good work Julian! Also saw him being kind to older people that were traveling alone, not rushing them.”
“I wanted breakfast but we were too late so we opted for the Fern in the Wild due to its high ratings. Well it did not disappoint! We had the Chicken salad Sandwich and the Artichoke dip. Wow!! Fresh, homemade and delicious! The chips that came with the sandwich were paper thin and freshly fried. NOT greasy but perfect!! There is too much to say about this place, the atmosphere and the town in small town USA to mention in a post! I encourage anyone who is visiting the Dallas area and looking for a cool and Immersion experience to stop here. WOW!!!”
“The food was amazing! We all had a little something different and ate everything on our plate. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. The restuaraunt was very neat and clean. They had so many staff working serving customers we did not even have to get up to refill our drinks or throw our trash away. The owner (I think) came by and asked the kids if they wanted desert. They were all so kind.”
“First impression, nice and clean, had a baklava croissant, 2 of my favorite things combined, coffee was good and hot, not burnt, and they make their own vanilla so I chose that for the latte, the young lady that day was friendly enough to make suggestions since it was my first time in ……the breakfast sandwiches look bomb so I’ll have to try one next time, pricing was more affordable than the coffee shop that shall not be named, support our small businesses in ennis!”
“This was our first visit to Bailey's, and we will definitely be returning! It is obviously a favorite gathering place in Ennis. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere comfortable and homey, and the Pecan Fried Chicken was absolutely outstanding! ❤️”
“This is our favorite place to go. It has a real "Cheers" vibe where everybody knows your name. The food, drinks and atmosphere can't be beat. Come hungry and ready to enjoy a great evening. Their Smoked Old-fashion is the absolute best you'll ever drink! Check their website if you want live entertainment, Girls Night, or Trivia night. You will enjoy it regardless.”
“What a delight! A quaint cafe with delicious food - breakfast & lunch served all day.My 7 and 10 year olds had pancakes & gobbled them up, as well as the scrambled eggs & bacon. The chocolate chip pancakes had the right ratio of sweet! My husband and I had cheeseburgers & hit just the right spot with the soft bun making it even tastier! Onion rings were banging!Worth the stop & low supporting a local business!Look out for the daily specials, yummm!”
“Starbucks has NOTHING on Romero's! There is a noticeable difference in the quality and flavor, in my opinion. I'm addicted and will always be a customer.”
“I enjoyed Denny's zesty nachos— the perfect blend of cheesy goodness and flavorful toppings. The generous portion size left me satisfied, but I must note that the service was a bit slow, which slightly affected the overall experience.”
“Staff is super friendly! They were attentive not only to me but also to my son who was just "tagging along"with me. Great health smoothie and tea shop!”
“Food made in front of at order.. Personal service is old fashioned owner and waite staff. I felt I went to Mexico in the 1980's. .. great food! Price a little high yet service and food .. I walked out thinking it was a great dinner.. Atmosphere is a small sitting area, yet to go is 100% A must try for locals!!”
“We ordered the smothered burritos and carnita tacos.. we enjoyed the tacos..the corn tortillas were really good and the meat was very nicely shredded and taco was gilles with meat. The salsas were tasty too we liked the red one Because it has more spice to it. Only thing I wish they would do is provide more salsa.we ordered ten tacos and only got one of each salsa. The limes were cut super small. Other than those minor things that I hope they address.. the carnita tacos were really good.not too greasy.perfect amnt of carne and burritos were good and extremely smothered in the cheese which wasn't a bad thing just needed MORE SALSA! I TOOK PICS AFTER WE DUG IN.. ILL STILL POST.”
“Service was great - met the owner Ron and gave us some history on opening up a Polish restaurant. Atmosphere was very nice. Polish pastries and Polish beer would be a hit to add on to the menu. We had pierogi - very big and good, polish sausage was good and the potato pancake with side of cucumber salad was a delight.”
“This place was perfect! Best wagyu steak I've ever had. Perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked. The rib was soft and juicy. The mixed drinks were great. We live an hour and a half away, but we'll for sure be back.”
“The food was the best I’ve had in a long time and I’ve had a lot of Mexican food homemade, and in the restaurant and this is by far the best, Mexican food. I will be back.”
“We reserved a table for a group, which ended up being a much larger group. But they were very accommodating! I appreciated their willingness to adapt on a moment-to-moment basis. And the food was all great! We enjoyed this restaurant very much!”
“Decided to stop here for dinner late on a Friday. The staff were so attentive and friendly. The food portions were HUGE! Everything tasted fresh. Glad we stopped in!Vegetarian options: We ordered the Spinach ravioli and manicotti. They were excellent. We could have easily split a meal.”
“Visiting the area and decided to try. Never looked busy but took a chance Burgers were great! My #2 all time favorite burger. Service was friendy and prompt. I am so glad we decided to stop for lunch!!”
“The lunch ladies new favorite place. I like to try new things and have not been disappointed. I got the chicken "shoe" this time. Best tea in town ”
“Really great place! Food was amazing. My husband got a chicharron gordita and a fajita torta. I got the 4 chicken flautas that came with rice and beans. Everything was delicious!”
“Food is always hot and tastes great. They are open when others are not and take great care of the customers. They always seem busy which speaks to their popularity. No complaints!”
“I had the pleasure to try Green Arrow today while at the Poultry Trade Days. I had the pumpkin spice cold brew with a soft top and it was AMAZING. I worry some coffee shops will be too sweet (ahem Starbucks and Dutch Brothers) but it was perfect. The cold brew had great flavor.and the cinnamon roll was divine. If you ever decide to bottle the cold brew to sell in bulk, I'd be happy to test that out!”
“The owner was very friendly and named off some menu items he recommended. It’s a little store with only about 3 dining tables. I got some Al pastor tacos which were really good!”
“I am new to town and needed a night out, a break from unpacking. I went to Clyde's solo and was feeling a bit uncomfortable until tenders Rebecca and Kyle made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Rebecca shared tips about places to go and things to do in the area, and as the night progressed, she even took the time to introduce me to several other patrons. The drinks were good, and just what I needed that night! There were two guys playing guitars and singing, and that was very nice. I very much enjoy the vibe that comes with live music being played. I hope to find other opportunities in the area, and I look forward to returning soon. All the best, Marti”
“I have grown up my whole life coming to Brahms.I now live in another city hours away and miss it! I come to Dallas often and when I do I stop in. I was hungry and decided to stop at this location instead. Wow! It was spotless and clean and welcoming. Typically the other stores I have visited we SO gross. Like nasty with food everywhereI was so taken back I wanted to see the manager and tell her. This is the location that should lead others!!”
“These people need to create standard operating procedures for their food and franchise! I’m sorry I didn’t take photos, I was too busy eating it all.Sell drinks!Expand into DFW! There’s nothing like you in the city.Shrimp tacos with cheese, 2 bistec, & ceviche tostadas.Queso fresco might be a thing to consider.”
“Their pancakes with coconut ice cream and banana is my current favorite. Elotes is really yummy tooDietary restrictions: Just don't go in if you are dieting. They have yummy fresh fruit, but then you can add cream or ice cream or sauces .....”
“Delicious BBQ, that was very reasonably priced. I got brisket, with two sides. My friend absolutely loved the Mac & Cheese. I enjoyed it too but she raved about it. The man who served us was very attentive. Next time I'm in Ennis, I'll have to try some other options on the menu.”
“Great tacos all around, I went here to try out the suadero tacos, but of course ended up getting those plus fajita, cabeza (barbacoa), pastor and campechanos. Suadero and campechanos were both firsts for me and great, definitely be back next time I'm in the area! The guy inside was super helpful and even threw in a chicharron taco on the house, go by and give this man your money, you won't be disappointed.”
“Thanks for being able to park big rigs so I'm able to get a hot meal. Bbq was great and the burgers. There's more than bbq on the menu ? brownies are a must if they're any available ?”
