He was very enthusiastic about explaining the charity they’re accepting donations for, was very attentive when serving us, and was overall very nice to talk to. Even before today’s cashier, we’ve had another cashier who remembered us and has gone out of his way to welcome us when we stood in line to order even though he was attending someone else.“

“The service and attention to detail at this location are unlike anything I've seen in a fast food restaurant before. The staff works incredibly hard to ensure that even a quick lunch order feels like an expensive meal experience. For a moment, I truly felt like I was dining in a high-end restaurant.

The manager stopped by to check on us, offered to bring napkins, refilled our drinks, and provided additional condiments several times. They even offered to help us pick up our order. The food was on point, as usual for this chain, but the customer service was exceptional.

Kudos to the management at this location! Keep up the great work, and thank you for setting the standard for customer service. For the longest time, I believed that fast food corporations didn't care about customer service anymore, but you all have restored my faith in it. “I have a churches restraunt near my house on griffin... either I'm missing part of my order, or they will not let me order a family meal all thighs half spicy half original, or my chicken is situated with oil like it's been sitting in the greace for a few hour or chicken taste like its been re-fried because they don't want to make you a fresh batch of fried chicken.... “This El Pollo Loco is on West University Ave. and McColl, in front of the Lowes Home Improvement store. The building is relatively new and is well maintained, clean, and has a quiet, relaxing, family-friendly atmosphere.

El Pollo Loco is famous for their grilled chicken, salsas, delicious sides, and a variety of dishes entrees starting their chicken; burritos, tacos, chicken bowls, salads, soups, family platters, etc. It's one of the few places that have multiple gluten-free options (I found out since I have a family member allergic to gluten).

The young lady who took my order was friendly, courteous, and patient while I asked questions.

The food really is delicious. It's fast food, but real food, with lots of healthy options at reasonable prices. My family and I really enjoy it and think you will too.

Parking: Free private parking lot and well lit
