The medium wing sauce is phenomenal. Home cooked feel for much of the food. Comforting and Fun at the same time. Really liked the personal feel with no electronic pad at the table, it made the service feel more homey. Great place to have lunch or dinner before a movie. My husband and I will be back. 😊“

They say every hero’s journey begins with a call to adventure. Mine began with an invitation… to Chuck E. Cheese.

The doors creaked open, releasing a blast of recycled air thick with the scent of pepperoni and forgotten dreams. I took my first cautious step inside and was immediately engulfed in the madness — a blur of flashing lights, shrieking children, and the faint sound of coins hitting the floor like war drums.

The animatronic band is gone now — replaced by giant screens that scream color and chaos. Yet somehow, I can still feel their gaze, judging from the beyond. Chuck E. himself emerges from the fog of noise, his oversized head gleaming under the LED lights. His smile says, “Welcome.” His eyes say, “You can never leave.”

Every surface glistens — not with cleanliness, but with the fingerprints of 10,000 children who’ve come before. I touch a game button and instantly feel my immune system file for resignation. Hand sanitizer becomes my holy water. I press forward, knowing there is no turning back.

The pizza arrives: molten, oily, heroic. It tastes like the 90s and regret. Parents sit slumped in booths, sipping cold soda, eyes glazed over — soldiers of another war.

When I finally step outside, sunlight feels foreign. I’ve aged years. I smell like arcade tickets and hand sanitizer. And yet… deep down… I know I’ll return.

Would I recommend it?
Absolutely — but it’s not quite 5 stars.
It’s 4, because the only thing standing between me and inner peace is a full-body Clorox bath.“

We hosted a very last-minute birthday party here the day after Christmas, and I was grateful that they were open and able to accommodate us.

Originally, I planned to book during lunchtime, but I do not recommend booking a party during the lunch buffet hours. The buffet gets extremely full, and some guests who are only there for the buffet can be rude to party hosts—especially when you’re getting refills and managing a group.

That said, the manager was outstanding. He personally came over to welcome us, told us to let him know if anything wasn’t right, and was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. That made a huge difference.

Our party host was average—she checked in to ask what we needed, took our orders, and helped place pizzas around the table, which we appreciated. Overall, the food and party setup were great, and the kids had a wonderful time.

My biggest concern, however, was beer service. Buffet guests ordered beer pitchers and left them unattended around our party tables. Unsure if my children had sips of alcohol. I immediately handed the pitcher to a staff member who was cleaning tables and explained the situation. He mentioned that guests often leave beer behind.

If beer is going to be served, staff should actively pick up unattended beer pitchers, especially in a family- and kid-focused environment. Thankfully, I caught it before anything serious happened, but this is something that really needs attention.

Overall, a good experience thanks to the manager and party setup, but the beer safety issue is something that should be addressed“

“I don't know her name, but I was in there yesterday April 17th around lunch time and one employee was single-handedly running the entire store. This is not the first time I've been to this location to get a large pizza order for work and she was once again killing it all by herself!! Keep up the great job, we loved our pizzas as always!“
