“Had a few minutes to grab lunch while my waiting on tires at Walmart. Look for restaurants around me and Gigi's came up. Looked like good home cooking comfort food. So I check it out. Was not disappointed. Had the Chicken w/ranch gravy, collard greens & fried cabbage. Great lunch h. Glad I made the choice to walk across the street from Walmart. I will be back!“
“This was some good BBQ. I had the chopped brisket sandwich and potato salad & both were good. Wife had some sliced brisket and enjoyed that. Another of our party had the sausage and it wasn't that good. Keep in mind bbq taste is mostly a preference and one may like it and another not. I can't comment on the sausage. The peach cobbler was great. We also had the jalapeño poppers which I could have made a meal from...fantastic. I would most definitely try this place again. Heard some foul language coming from the kitchen...don't care for that and makes the place seem a little unprofessional imo.“
“I ordered a chocolate cake for my mom’s birthday. The cake was fresh, delicious and beautifully decorated. My mom and sister loved the cake and they make everything from scratch. My sister especially loved the icing. I will definitely reorder from this bakery.“
“My child and I had our first official time having egusi. Not only was the egusi and fufu delicious, but she made it VEGAN for us to enjoy! She added in mushrooms and we absolutely loved it. When I tell you…that first bite was to die for….. ?!! My son has never had Nigerian food so I, as a mom, was proud to watch him take on such a meal! I will definitely be returning alongside my kid!Vegetarian options: Vegan egusi upon request“
“It's the perfect place. All the food, including brisket, ribs, sausage, potato salad, and warm toast, tastes amazing! The workers are all friendly and the traditional restaurant has a Texas-style atmosphere, which is very nice. This place is highly recommended as both the taste and service are good.“
“My food was amazing. I didn’t even make it to the house. The catfish was crispy. The crawfish etouffee had the perfect amount of kick….I barely had enough room for the banana putting but it was the closer. Definitely will be returning soon!“
“Marcona Kitchen is just fabulous! Their family meals have been a lifesaver for our family of four (with two kiddos under the age of three). It feels like we have our own private chef making creative, balanced, delicious meals for us! Our toddler loves them, and there’s plenty of options to introduce new foods to our baby for baby-led weaning, too. The portions are generous, and we always have enough for leftovers and/or guests.Don’t even get me started on their desserts. Just wow.The only thing better than the food is the service! The team is so friendly and makes ordering and pick up a breeze. My only regret is not trying this place sooner! DO NOT SLEEP ON MARCONA KITCHEN!“
“There are only a handful of Ethiopian restaurants in the metroplex, and I am so glad Arlington is one of those destinations. It's great to see more cultural cuisine represented on this side of the DFW! This plavlce is a must try! They have vegetarian and non vegetarian options. Both are delicious! Customer service is great! They just moved to a larger space as well.“
“This place catered for our wedding and did an Amazing Job!!! Lisa and her team went above and beyond. They almost felt like a wedding planner! Gave tips, helped with deco, setting up, cleaning, putting out coffee and bread at night and just went all out!“
“Man this location is a classic Schlotsky's. Unlike in Austin and San Antonio where many of the shops are connected to a gas station or modernized to the point of being an alternate self, if this makes since, this location is unchanged. Great service and the sandwiches are made with care. Meaty, cheesy and balanced. Check out the video.“
