“Awesome bar to hang with friends. It is local and doesn’t get too crowded. Pool tables available and their pizza is great! Drinks are fair prices! Overall a must check out hole in the wall type of bar! And shout out to the awesome bartender Lincoln!“

“Best dive bar experience Pasadena has to offer. They have six pool tables, and they host tournaments regularly. Also there are four bull shooter dart boards with dart tournaments held regularly.On the weekends they have karaoke nights and is always a great time.The one downside is that this place is very…very smoky.Lastly, the drink prices are the cheapest I’ve seen anywhere.“

“This is my absolute favorite place in Pasadena. A true “grandfathered in” ice house. Grab a bottle of your favorite liquor before you go, order a couple “set ups”, order a bucket of beer, play darts, sing, chill. The crowd here is rowdy in the best kinda way. Anytime I’m in the area I always pop in. They don’t have food besides snacks but don’t care if you get it delivered. If you order pizza, order two, share, and make some hilarious friends. 12/10 kind of place.“

“If your looking for a nice place to be welcomed as a friend and a Non stressful environment. then this is the spot . The service was great , from the staff checking on me back to back , always right on time for another drink or pretty much anything. The steak was cooked perfectly and was a great price. I was able to buy an extra one to go right before they sold out. they are on served on thursdays , so i would be there . The music is good but over all with everyone just trying to have a good time and no one causing drama and messing up the night . i have to say its a good place to have fun and chill after a long day.“

“We have not been to Republic House in many years. After meeting Karina she encouraged us to give it a try again, because they have large selection of beers and Guinness on tap, which I love. Plus, Karina makes the best Bloody Mary’s, and they are not stingy with the olives. Now we swing by for a couple of drinks almost every weekend.“

“The food was pretty good, nothing to write home about. The fries weren't super fresh. I had the quasidillas with both options (bacon/chicken and brisket/cheese), and they were the bomb. I recommend the bacon/chicken one if you want to pick one. The service was okay, he worked hard and it was pretty busy. Got sweet tea instead of unsweet and he took the time to fix it quickly. Surprised me with a refill without my asking. The atmosphere was average, but we enjoyed ourselves and that's what matters.“
