He has a charisma that not all people usually have. The customer service she provides is quality. It makes you feel welcome every time. How he treats his employees in front of customers, I loved it. I had gone at that time before because they had told me that they sold Millefeuille. Millefeuille is my weakness. She took the time to take my phone number and let me know when the millefeuille would arrive. Today he called me and told me that they had arrived!!! I am super happy with the service and her.
