So I write this to give thanks to the cashier/associate Lucia . She made a wrong, right . Long story short I order two pizzas online ,my wife picked them up and when arrived home one pizza was burnt .Tried to call no answer ,someone finally pick up before I arrived . Said to bring the pizza back and they would make a fresh one .Not the first time I had something wrong with an order from this location. The manager provided me with excellent service on what seemed like a busy day. He was very welcoming and apologized for the inconvenience and helped me with my order and provided me with hot and ready pizza. I can definitely say the customer service at this location is one of the best. Kudos to the manager Joshua for having great patience on a busy night.

Why call them hot and ready pizzas when my husband went there today to get 2 and had to wait 20 minutes for them to be made? I thought they kept these ready for people to get immediately when they order one?
