It’s not a bad place I come here often never had an issue we come here because my husband enjoys it some staff could be nonchalant but no major issues the food is good
I have gone 3 times to this restaurant and this is my honest opinion.
Pros:
1. This has been the most authentic food I have tasted. I have been trying to find another pupuseria that can resemble the taste of El Salvador and this one hits it in the spot.
2. Depending on the day, very few wait times for table. I have never had to wait for a table.
3. Overall cleanliness is there, I don't understand these reviews about being dirty, I never had a problem.
