“Hubby and I lived in Corpus Christi for years, and were used to great seafood every weekend. Since moving to Friendswood years ago, we've found that we needed to drive to Kemah or Bacliff for good seafood.Not. Any. More. We'd read about Good Vibes Coastal Kitchen online recently, and decided to give it a shot. As we say in Texas, "Pretty darned good!"We started with 2 different appetizers and a couple of beers on tap: The Hot Pretzel, w/ queso and Spicy Mustard, as well as an order of Fried Pickles, in Shiner Bock Batter. Folks, the pickles were good, but that Pretzel was spot on! The queso: Oh my, you could put it on boot leather, and it would still be good! For two people though, I'd have to say that splitting an appetizer would be the way to go.The only negative we had was that their beer menu is online, and we had a bit of an issue pulling that up. We are a bit old-fashioned and prefer a printed beer menu, or a board on the wall, where you can see the choices.Overall though, friendly place, nice staff and great seafood. We'll be back.“
“Founf this place through a family member. The staff were very welcoming and genuinely provided friendly service. The food was amazingly flavored, especially the street tacos! Great sauce and taste, as well as a reasonable cost for the quality and quantity. I would definitely recommend this place!“
“Beautiful sushi & ramen place!!! From the outside I didn't know what I was expecting walking in but the restaurant atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing as soon as you walk in. This restaurant would make for a chic date night or also a great place for a business lunch. The bento box selection looked great & so many yummy rolls I want to come back & try. I settled on the 2 roll lunch combo which was more than filling & included soup. If you love sushi & want a lovely place to eat it, you must stop by and try this place.“
“You won't find better than Dan's, anywhere! Changing my 5 star to 4 star because it seems like whenever I order a salad with a pizza, the pizza is made first and then gets cold until I arrive to pick up my order, and then the salad is made, and when I get home, I have a fresh salad but a not so fresh pizza.Vegetarian options: The menu has good vegetarian options.“
“Let me start by saying the owner is AWESOME and very hands-on with his customers! I picked up an order for a customer, and woww it smelled so good, lol. Came back later on at night to try it out myself with my partner, and i wasn't disappointed! Wings had a nice flavor, although i prefer them crispy! Pizza crust is just how i usually like it,thin and can be folded! Perfect serving size for a medium for 2 people(around 8 slices but they are decent size). Atmosphere is super chill! Bar set up was my favorite, with the cushy booths i saw for us thick mammas LOl?. Just stop in and try!UPDATE : 3-3-2024 EM served us BOMB drinks! Had me feeling lovely and finished ALL my drink!! Had the pretzel with beer cheese and house margarita!Parking: It can get super crowded since its in a strip mall so try to get there early in the afternoon perhaps, or catch a spot if your lucky when someone pulls out!Kid-friendliness: Have nice booth seating and also saw alot of family's there!“
“Not only are these wonderful breakfast tacos but the owner and staff were amazing! I purchased 15 tacos and they worked together to get them to me fast! They were hot, delicious, and over stuffed. I will definitely be stopping by more often to buy these amazing breakfast tacos for my staff. Thank you!!“
“December 15, 2021 Came in from Galveston to go to the Houston Botanical Garden a few blocks away and had time to kill so we stopped at the local bar in the barrio. And, I use that word because I know very little (por quito) Spanish and, this part of town is predominantly Hispanic and this bar reflects that culture in the sense of it's patrons, it's decor, murals that support their heritage and their city, Houston, etc, definitely an ole school dive. It sold pork skins and kettle chips with many (every kind) of hot sauce you could think of to top them. Yes! It has TV, music and 1 pool table They have steak night on Thursdays that the owner cooks out back They sell only beer and wine but you may be able to bring your own bottle because I saw set ups but, I dunno. Nice people. Laid back. Support local“
“Loved this place. Great Soup, Tacos, and excellent service. (We're gringos but were not treated like it). Warm friendly people. A shame we live on the other side of Houston, but the Google reviews are what helped up find Primo's. We go to Estate Sales all over and were in the area. If we are in that area again, we'll be eating there again! AAA+++ and 5 stars from us. Thanks, Gracias'“
“I was just telling the owner what a nice bar it was. We have a great time when we come.He came out after us and showed me my wallet.. literally takes care of his customers.. Thank you bro. Much love and just that alone made me feel at home.“
“My sister, good friend and I went to this place and I had never been before. This place is really cute. Live music. Your furry children and human children are allowed.I do not eat seafood at all but sister and friend are crawfish gals did say it was very good. Food had their noses runny from hotness lol they have a variety of drinks I was sad there was no option for myself to enjoy food wise but told other than Wednesdays and Saturdays. There are other options otherwise. Wednesdays and Saturdays is when they have crawfish and gumbo only.I will def go back with my husband as he is a hardcore crawfish eater his self as well.FYI people did have lawn chairs and sat in open areas where they chilled and drank and enjoyed live music and away from tables so others coming in could sit and eatMy sister got 5 pounds of crawfish and the alcohol drinking token package so it was about $90 for her alone. My bestie got 3 lbs crawfish, and the same alcohol drinking token package she spent $60 for herself. So, depending on what you drink, how much and of course how much you eat will depend on what the price for you will be.Parking: Don’t wear heels wear some shoes parking on crushed concrete outsideKid-friendliness: Lots of space for kids to walk, bring stroller or wagon as well because you’ll have room to put next to your table and still not be in way. A few people had lawn chairsWheelchair accessibility: The garage looking doors are opened all the way and can be entered from there as well. I recorded that on video uploaded as well.“
