I have gone to this chipotle a few times and it is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. The line is always out the door, but it moves slow. The staff behind the counter doesn’t seem to have a sense of urgency. Today I waited in line for 30 minutes and at the counter I ordered a large quesadilla like I do at many other chipotles just to be told that I could not order at the counter and that I would have to do a pick up order. They did not give the full order. My daughter ordered 6 tacos and got three. Called immediately to let them know but they said they were closing. She could not find the receipt but they could easily have pulled the receipt tape at closing. They didn’t do that because they were more concerned about leaving.
Corporate sent an email for her to just get another meal within 30 days, but manager refused to honor it and also acted like my daughter lied. Who lies about 3 tacos?!...read full review
