I took my granddaughter here today with the intent of using my "reward" that I earned on the Krispy Kreme app of a dozen donuts. As shown in the attached screenshot, it says "You earned a free dozen! Have fun picking 12 favorites from the menu!". We picked a assortment of 4 glazed and 8 specialty donuts. This place is disgusting I went to get the scooby doo donuts and regular Kreme filled. The service was rude and unsanitary, the lady put our donuts in a box wore her gloves when ringing us up, touching the cash and then moved our donuts into another box using the same gloves. When we realized we were given the wrong donuts in the parking lot I went in to get them fixed and she said that’s not what we ordered but luckily they fixed it.
