The general manager Lauren has absolutely NO customer service skills. They made our pizza wrong and refused to send out a new one made right. She said it was my fault for ordering with the call center and hung up on me. I called her back to let her know one of my employees was allergic to mushrooms. Papa John's has been our go-to delivery pizza for probably 20 years, and we've had pizza delivered to our home from this location since it opened. We loved Papa John's puffy breadstick like outer crust and the fullness of the crust under the pizza and the proportions of sauce.

Pretty disappointed, for what I paid, disappointing. The BBQ Chicken barely had any bbq sauce on it, and the pep/sausage pizza barely had sauce, barely had meat and I hate when there are gaps with no cheese. I know a better job of making pizza can be done. I've worked at one before!
