Today I sent my husband to go get it, and he forgot to mention that he wanted an upsize even after scanning the QR Code, so I came to investigate and see why I didn’t receive a upsize. Markel explained that since my husband said 20oz and not the 32oz for upsize, I received the 20oz. I got a fresh upsize order of the same drink, no charge of course.
