“The young lady didn't give me my drink. I didn't realize it until I was back on I-45 North driving to Dallas.

“Tonight I went to Subway. There were two young men who were working. There was a lady in front of me who was very rude/ disrespectful to one of the young men. The other young man helped me and he was polite and friendly. As for someone who works in customer service and reading the reviews below… these employees were amazing: attentive, helpful, friendly even when someone was disrespectful towards them. I have gone here for years and have always had a pleasant experience. To the customers, treat the employees with respect and as a human. You’re going to have young kids working at a food joint like Subway. Unless you would rather go behind the counter and work minimum wage. These kids are learning and growing into young adults. If you have an issue, rely it to the manager and they will correct the employee - I would hire these young men any day and will continue to always order from this location.“

“The chocolate chip cookies are great, I recommend the small cup drink with the 2 cookies deal. Tried the #23 Hotshot Italian, truly was the MVP. Also on the drink fountains I did a good combo mix: A little Ice + 80% Sprite + 20% Vitamin Flavored Water.“

“I will certainly not go here anywhere near closing time after reading so many nightmare stories about picking up orders then.
Went there first time Friday, 12/13/24, at 2pm. Not busy; ordered, sandwiches were good; place has "A" rating from city of Pearland on the door. Was very clean as far as we could see. My issue was the stinking music playing too loud from the overhead speaker. It sounded like two radio stations playing at the same time through a broken speaker. It was very bad. I asked the older lady putting food out if she would please turn it off, completely off. She said no, they can't control it which is ridiculous to think a store manager cannot control something as simple as the music and it's volume in his own store. Don't know if that's exactly the case but she said they couldn't do anything about the horrific noise we had to listen to while we tried to sit and enjoy our sandwiches.“

“Hannah and Esther are great! They informed of the current promotions/discounts before helping me make my favorite Italian Herbs and Cheese Veggie suv! Their knowledge of the promotions/discounts helped me get an extra sub for the day! I recommend this subway!“

“Went on a Monday. They were out of a lot of condiments & food supplies (went to different location than normal). Disappointed ( not a normal occurrence) with all "they didn't have, even change for cash transactions..not the best Subway experience that day.“
