“Ranc House Burgers in Mission is the best place to unwind and eat great food on a friday night. Famous Amos is the best server and we look for him everytime we come here. “They had forgotten my gravy 2x but the manager was super understanding of my frustration the 2nd time and apologized and added a drink to my order. People make mistakes but it’s how they’re willing to fix it that matter therefore I have to give them 5 stars for being overall understanding of the situation and my frustration“

“I wish there were more stars for the staff. Upon entering a gentleman greeted us. The young lady at the register was phenomenal. Very friendly and helpful. She even wished us a good day when we left and said " we will be here when you come back". Very impressive. The breakfast was delicious.“

“Always love Stars... decided to get something small. Went with the kids meal of chicken strips and added an extra strip. Didn't get any dipping sauce in my order. Pressed the button and asked for two sauce and they wanted to charge me for an extra sauce. I mentioned that I paid 2 dollars for an extra strip (small one at that) they then brought me two ranch dipping sauce.“

“Luis OP took care of my order that I placed at the wrong location through my mobile app. I called that restaurant and they had no history of my order. I provided my receipt and Luis did not hesitate to take care of me. I appreciate the customer service, it says so much of this Whataburger. Thank you, Luis!!!“

“Hubby & I live in the DFW area where Stars doesn't exist ?We have a family emergency here in the Valley and decided to stop here for lunch.It kind of reminds us of Sonic, but better ?I ❤ all the choices we get to choose from.The service was really great as well ?I'm not sure how long we will be in the Valley for, but we will take advantage of Stars as much as we can while we are here ?“

“I used to live in Odessa Texas and the Stars there is amazing fresh food fresh fries and the best ocean water!! We decided to look up the closest STARS to us 3 hours and 45 minutes all to get soggy fries and you can tell the soda machine was dirty as the ocean water had an off taste, at least my hubbys fried apple pie was good…. Customer service was ok they messed up our order and we had to re order the missing items.“
