“The food at Chick-fil-A is consistently amazing, and the service is exceptional—this location in Pflugerville is no different. However, I’m deeply concerned about the conditions for the employees working outside. Today, with temperatures at a frigid 30°, I saw two employees taking orders and another handing food out in the drive-through.

While I understand the efficiency of the drive-through system, it seems inhumane to subject employees to such harsh weather without adequate protection or alternatives. This reflects poorly on Chick-fil-A, a company known for valuing its staff and setting high standards in the fast-food industry. Surely there must be a way to maintain your signature efficiency without compromising employee well-being.

I hope Chick-fil-A considers this feedback seriously, as no meal should come at the expense of someone’s health or comfort.“

“This place has the best nachos I've ever had anywhere in the world. I would come here every week just for those if I lived here. The chicken is also super delicious and I have no complaints about any of their sides. But those nachos are next level, especially with extra carne asada... ?.“

“Pollo Campero is inside a mini mart so the atmosphere is not the point. It's comfort food fried chicken and sides with a delicious flavor. Nice and crispy, great seasoning. Great for days when you want a comfort food meal at a good price.

“This is the best food truck in that plaza. I highly recommend this restaurant everything on the menu is delicious, I’ve ordered numerous times and the food always comes fresh cooked to order. “I go to this location regularly because of the “Mobile Thru” option. I love this. I can just order ahead and once I arrive go through the Mobile order line that is often faster and shorter than the regular drive thru. The Mobile Thru is such a convenient option for me. 4 stars because it can be a nightmare getting in the parking lot/drive thru line due to heavy traffic at this location.“
