Tonight was the worst experience we’ve ever had at any Chipotle. I often eat at a location in Austin and they never have the food shortages that Pflugerville does. Usually, Pflugerville at least posts a sign on the door of what they’re out of. Tonight…just plain rice was available. No cilantro in their cilantro lime rice. But after waiting in line for 15 minutes, we were committed. We sit down to eat our meals and the rice is COLD and the rice (sans cilantro) was crunchy!...read full review
Pflugerville location is the worst location in America. All the meats, Pinto beans and white rice dried out.

Service was very fast and the food was great and clearly fresh. Cooks are very good at what they do. The restaurant is a great spot to enjoy a meal, but online ordering may not be the best option as the completed order is behind the counter.
