“workhorse is my favorite bar in all of austin, i came for the first time around a year ago and fell in love with the environment . the pimento cheese and spicy workhorse are my two favorites. every bartender here has been so kind and a pleasure to get to know, and i was made aware i accidentally posted a two star review (probably looking for directions and butt dialing 🥲) and i had to come back to fix it and say this place has never disappointed me !“

“The food at Yellow Ranger was flavorful and satisfying, with a nice mix of bold flavors and comforting dishes. We ordered a few things to share so everyone could try something different, and everything came out hot and well prepared. The standout for me was the crispy chicken, which had a great crunch and plenty of seasoning. The relaxed atmosphere made it an easy place to enjoy a casual meal and good conversation.“

“The actual best, most welcoming, high energy, come-as-you-are karaoke bar I've ever been to. Bridget the Karaoke Mistress is an incredible and encouraging host! Great for groups, great solo. The regulars are so friendly and cheer you on. 🥳“

“Great little local bar with a really warm and cozy atmosphere. The bartender is super friendly, the regulars are welcoming and genuine. İt feels like you’ve known everyone for years. Perfect spot to drop in for a couple of drinks and just relax. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an authentic, laid back vibe“
