Great little food truck we went just with sandwiches with fries. Great lunch stop.
Platters looked even better. Homemade on the spot so fast yes but not 3 minutes fast. However, good things come to those that wait.
Nice area to sit down. Just be warned this is Texas. Good shade but it's July. 😀

Gina's Cuban Food Delicious is a great little food truck. The food is absolutely amazing and delicious. The Cuban Sandwich with Fries and Dressing is a great lunch stop, and the platters looked even better. The food is homemade on the spot and flavorful, and you really do get a lot of food. The espresso is amazing. The area to sit down is nice, and the service is friendly and helpful.
