Really good Cuban street food and fair prices as well! Ordered a couple of sandwiches and they came out super fast as well even though there were a few people in front of us.
I had the pork sandwich. The bread was light, airy, crunchy, and delicious. The pork was well seasoned and tender. The staff were super friendly. All round a great experience before and during the meal. Definitely my spot in Pflugerville now.
Food was so good and everyone was so nice. Really big portions for a good price. Definitely coming back more often!

La Marly - Cuban Food Trucks offers really good Cuban street food at fair prices. The food comes out super fast, even when there are a few people in front of you. The pork sandwich has light, airy, crunchy, and delicious bread, with pork that is well seasoned and tender. The staff are super friendly, making for a great experience before and during the meal. The pork is amazing—the best pork ever—and everything tastes like it was cooked by awesome cooks who put their heart and soul into it and then serve it with a smile. This is the best Cuban food around, but they run out of things fast, so go early. The cerdo asado sandwich is huge, delicious, and tender and reminds you of carnitas but also different. The pork steak has a very nice sauce and is also tasty. The fricase de vaca is also well served with a side of yucca and congri—both great. The chicken fricase was the only dish that didn't wow, but only because the chicken was a bit scrawny—the sauce was still good. The authentic Cuban sandwich is outstanding, with the pork perfectly tender and easy to bite into. It's a food truck, so most people grab their meals to go, but there are four picnic tables for those who want to sit and enjoy their food. The music creates a great vibe, and the owner is incredibly friendly, offering great suggestions. If you're feeling adventurous and want to try cuisine that you really can't find almost anywhere in Austin, give this spot a shot. The roast pork sandwich is delicious, and whatever tangy sauce they use also makes the sandwich great. Everyone working was also incredibly friendly and accommodating.
