“Went here with my boyfriend for hibachi grill got the lobster roll which was amazing !!!! Who knew so much flavor could go into one roll!! Joe was our server. He was very attentive and kind. The hibachi grill was a fun experience for sure will definitely come back and do it again. If you Are looking for entertainment and are hungry, I would definitely recommend coming here. LOVE THIS PLACE“

“The food at Chick-fil-A is consistently amazing, and the service is exceptional—this location in Pflugerville is no different. However, I’m deeply concerned about the conditions for the employees working outside. Today, with temperatures at a frigid 30°, I saw two employees taking orders and another handing food out in the drive-through.
While I understand the efficiency of the drive-through system, it seems inhumane to subject employees to such harsh weather without adequate protection or alternatives. This reflects poorly on Chick-fil-A, a company known for valuing its staff and setting high standards in the fast-food industry. Surely there must be a way to maintain your signature efficiency without compromising employee well-being.
I hope Chick-fil-A considers this feedback seriously, as no meal should come at the expense of someone’s health or comfort.“
