Church's Texas Chicken offers a friendly atmosphere with professional staff who are attentive and offer extra condiments. Customers appreciate the kid-friendly environment and find it better than Popeyes. However, some recent reviews mention that the food quality has declined, with concerns about changes to the original recipe and rising prices that no longer match the value.
