We showed up 6 whole minutes before closing time after an eventful day. As we walked up she turned the open light off. She fully saw us. Left us standing there at the door and refused to pick up the phone as i called. Our family of 6 wont be returning. To the coit and legacy plano location! Rude. If your open till 10. Rude. Rude. Rude. I’m not the kind of person to complain about restaurants but there is serious lack of anything good with this location. I pre-ordered 6 pre-packed quarts of ice cream, it was mistakenly ordered for pick up the next day and it was not realized until I got there. The employee who was on shift on May 16 at 4 PM was AWFUL. He was sitting in a chair in the middle of the store playing on his phone and made no hurry of getting up to go behind the counter to help me,...read full review
