Chen's Restaurant

This is my favorite spicy Chinese food restaurant in town. They seemed to have recently improved the flavor and the look of the dishes to be even better. My favorite is their Qing Hua Jiao series, especially the fish is so fresh and tender. Spicy beef jerky is another one you have to try. I can't stop snacking on it every time I carry it out. The sour soup beef has been improved significantly and now the best in town. The cold dishes are also always good.

We ordered a few traditions Szechuan dishes and they were executed perfectly. The flavors were authentic and traditional. We asked for less salt and no MSG if possible. They still tasted great. We passed by this restaurant so many time and opted for waiting in lines at Hunan Bistro (the Chinese restaurant) next door. Should have given this restaurant a chance sooner.

Been here twice and overall pretty happy with it! If you're craving good with a spicy kick, then this is for you. Ambiance: They have a section for hot pot vs regular defining. Service: Wait staff was very friendly. It's authentic Chinese so be prepared for some language barrier. Luckily menu is all in English.
