“I’m so grateful I tried this place out. All the food is delicious but most importantly, the flavors are authentic. There are so many dishes here that keep me coming back. All of the soups are bomb. Caldo de Res and pozole are my favorite. Mole enchiladas are amazing. Try the tacos or burritos with bistec or Al pastor. It’s cash only. The prices are great as well.“

“THIS PLACE IS THE ABSOLUTE TRUTH!! EVERY PIECE OF FOOD MY HUSBAND, OUR TWO FRIENDS AND I HAD, WE LOVED EVERY SINGLE BITE!! OUR HATS GO OFF TO THE CHEF!! HE CAN COOK!! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!! “My family loves food! This place did not disappoint. Everything was amazing, from the guacamole to the beef and chicken fajitas, and I must admit we all enjoyed the Margarita and Mambo Taxi. My sister and I both love tamales, and their pork tamales were delicious. So, even if you're just driving through Allen Texas stop here and have lunch.
Parking: Definitely park in the parking garage and walk to the restaurant. Plus, there are lots of shops to look at on the way
Kid-friendliness: We sell lots of kids while we were there“

“I arranged with Ruthie's Food Trucks to provide lunch for my Charity Pickleball Tournament this past Saturday 4/27! They served 134 players plus staff and volunteers for our event @ Courts of McKinney and everyone raved about the food!! The service and staff were courteous, friendly, and true professionals. The owner called me on Monday just to make sure all went well and I told her not only yes, but we would be using them at our same event next year. “I don't even write reviews, that alone should say a lot. But ever since Brothermans BBQ shut down on the southside, I've been looking for a new BBQ spot in Dallas. Most of these BBQ places are trash. I went in here and placed a to go order for sausage, brisket, and mac & cheese. Got to my car and the smell was too good. I couldn't even wait to exit the parking lot. So I took two bites of the brisket like any big back would. I then proceeded to close my plate, exit my car, and got back in line. Basically... I'm a regular now.“

“Seriously the best catfish and shrimp! The breading (along with everything else) is seasoned so well. Everything is fresh and tastes amazing. The catfish literally melts in your mouth. The food isn’t greasy and the customer service is 10/10! We love coming here. So rare to find that authentic Louisiana taste, but this is it!!“

“They came to our community event today and OMG, so freaking good. Every single thing we ordered was delicious! We got the oxtail plate with yams, rice and cornbread, kids chicken tenders and fries, kids wings and fries, and bbq baked chicken with rice and fries. Best food truck experience! We waited a lot longer than they said, but it was definitely worth the wait!“

“Chef Carl and his team catered my wedding reception and they were great! 👍 From planning and tasting to execution, I was so glad to have 3 Dimensional Catering as my vendor. Chef Carl is flexible and if you accidentally call him while he's out on a delivery, he'll get back to you! The staff wore masks, which I requested and very much appreciated during this time of the pandemic. The food was delicious, our guests loved it! I especially enjoyed my wedding cake! ☺️“

“For me, I didn't know the yogurt place does birthday parties. They have a very nice play area for the kids and a room where parties can be had. My grand baby and his cousins had fun. The yogurt we very tasty as well. Oh, the young lady who was doing the party was awesome! I didn't catch her name but she was on her job and that I loved!“

“First glance I walked by Carl's food truck in front of Cidercade, not really wanting anything to eat but as I got hungry and his food smelling good, I gave it a try. THE BEST FISH AND FRIES IVE HAD IN A WHILE!!!!! Reasonable priced, not a long wait time, and a great portion of food plus Carl is a wonderful guy! He also blessed my friend's birthday with a slice of cheesecake and told her happy birthday. "The shrimp is so good I want some more!" is what my wife said we both enjoyed our meal. Would highly recommend to any/everyone who comes across his truck“

“i thought it was a little expensive at first but the food portion is actually pretty big so we were good! the chef and cashier were really nice, food was good. there was a small mix up where we ordered beef and got lamb, but it was a genuine mistake and we were offered refunds or discounts - the food was still good and we didn't mind so we just ate anyway. been to two other locations as well.

“Our favorite restaurant. We go every Friday night when we are in town. The food is delicious. The staff is amazing. And, the atmosphere always seems to be very upbeat. I could eat there every day of the week.“
