“I had an outstanding experience during my recent visit to KFC. The food was hot, fresh, and exactly what I expected—but what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service provided by Janet, a kind and attentive Hispanic team member.

From the moment I walked in, Janet greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. She was incredibly helpful in answering my questions and made sure my order was correct and delivered promptly. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and positive attitude made the entire visit a pleasure.

Janet is a great example of what excellent customer service looks like, and I truly hope she gets recognized for her hard work. I’ll definitely be returning, not just for the food, but because of the welcoming atmosphere she helped create.
