I admit I was skeptical as to how this would be. I had not been here since it changed ownership from Sichuanese Cuisine to Sichuan Folk. My expectations were pleasantly exceeded! Everything was delicious. I had the H31 with intestines and pork blood in hot pot. Amazing! If you’ve never had intestines (or blood cake), don’t be scared to try it. Awesome food. Little to no sugar so extremely impressed. Added this to my top choice in Chinese food. This is a very rare experience in the industry. I almost gave it a five but had to give a four because it is middle ground on price otherwise there is no choice I know of that backs off on sugar.

Some of the best sichuan food I've had between NYC, Seattle and Texas.Great consistent results. Sometimes this one location smells a little but I think that's actually the shipping center (sit near the outside wall). Boiled fish or beef, Mapodofu, Chongqing chicken, pickled vegetable, are all very good here.
