12/29 night- Cookies are delicious as always. Customer service, not so much. I frequent the Little Elm location and the customer service is phenomenal.When my sister and I entered this location, the gentleman in the back did not speak. He proceeds to walk past 2x to find gloves and then asks with a straight face "what can I get you"...no greeting..not even a hiHe did wish a good night upon leaving
The cookies are just OK. Nothing special at all. I prefer Subway cookies over them. They’re cheaper and actually taste better.Tiff’s treat cookies are a little too salty for me while Subway’s leans more sweeter. Tiffs treats cookies are also $1.75 ea cookie. while Subway’s cookies are $79 cents ea cookie.I am no sponsor. This is just my honest opinion.So, it’s just a no brainer to go elsewhere. I don’t know who dude behind the counter is but he does not like working with the public. Management, you really need someone in your store that cares about what people want and your current worker on Saturday afternoons ain’t it.
